The assassination attempt against Donald Trump gets uglier by the day.
New details continue to emerge that have Americans fearing the worst.
And this chilling video from the Trump assassination attempt will blow your mind.
New video shows assassin sprinting to get into firing position
The Secret Service’s protection of Donald Trump failed so badly that an assassin was able to fire eight shots from 140 yards away from a perch with a direct line of sight to the podium from where Trump spoke.
It was bad enough that the shooter flew a drone over the rally site two hours before the speech, or that law enforcement spotted him using a rangefinder to measure the distance between the building and the stage, or that the Secret Service knew there was a suspicious person of interest 17 minutes before Trump went to speak to the crowd.
Those failures were all frightening enough.
But the latest bombshell had Americans asking very difficult questions.
New video footage shot from the point of view of one of the victims – James Copenhaver – showed the sniper sprinting across the roof of the building to find the ideal spot from which he could shoot at Trump.
New video of the moments before the Trump assassination attempt further shows that it makes zero sense the Secret Service simply missed the shooter.
He was literally running across the roof in plain sight.

New questions emerge
There were law enforcement officers stationed inside the building.
Anyone watching the video wondered how they couldn’t have heard the assassin running and making noise as his feet banged on the roof.
Real Clear Politics’ Susan Crabtree is one of the few reporters who are covering the Secret Service’s failures.
Crabtree said the video contradicts what she was told about Secret Service countersnipers not being able to get a good shot at the shooter because of how he popped his head up and down.
This video showed the assassin’s upper body in a clear line of fire.
“WTH?? I was told Crooks popped his head up, then popped back down below the roof’s edge so Secret Service counter snipers couldn’t get a good line of sight on him – but this video sure looks like he was clearly carrying a gun + exposed half his body to what should have been incoming Secret Service or local law enforcement sniper fire – if they has been operating on the same radio frequency,” Crabtree wrote on X.
More than two weeks after the assassination attempt, neither the Secret Service nor the FBI presented a comprehensive timeline of events and explanation of the shooter’s motive.
Americans are glancing side-eyed at this investigation and beginning to wonder if the purpose is to uncover the truth about the Trump assassination attempt or to bury it.
