Democrats are trying to get their final favors in before Joe Biden leaves office.
They want to sabotage the incoming administration.

Joe Biden urged to abuse his power to protect migrants who’d otherwise be deported
President Joe Biden did everything in his power to open the country’s borders for swaths of illegal aliens to enter.
He abused a little-known federal program to allow immigrants to stay in the country who either already were, or otherwise would be, considered illegal aliens.
Temporary Protected Status (TPS) was established in 1990 to allow the President to give temporary protection to immigrants in rare situations like a war or an environmental disaster.
Giving TPS status to an illegal alien shields them from being deported and gives them work authorization.
This program was abused by the Biden administration to allow hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to stay in the country.
President-elect Donald Trump highlighted the plight of Springfield, Ohio during the election after the town was left to deal with nearly 20,000 Haitians who’d rapidly appeared in the town.
The Haitians who arrived in Springfield were given Temporary Protected Status by Joe Biden.
Trump promised that he would end TPS or allow it to expire during the election.
“You have to remove the people, and you have to bring them back to their own country. They are, in my opinion, it’s not legal,” Trump told NewsNation in October.
Trump vowed that he would revoke TPS for the Haitians in Springfield.
“It’s been overrun. You can’t do that to people,” Trump said. “I’d revoke [TPS], and I’d bring [the migrants] back to their country.”
Vice President-elect J.D. Vance called TPS a “government edict saying that you’re not allowed to deport people anymore.”
TPS is only supposed to be temporary, but Democrats are urging Biden to extend and expand TPS protections for illegal aliens ahead of the Trump administration taking power.
U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) led a group of Senate Democrats demanding that the President use his TPS powers in his final days.
“We write now because the window to secure and finalize your administration’s policies is closing rapidly,” the Senate Democrats wrote. “We urge you to act decisively between now and the inauguration of the President-elect to complete the important work of the past four years and protect immigrant families.”
Illegal aliens roaming free because of Biden’s abuse of TPS power
Biden administration officials gave TPS status to illegal aliens from 17 countries including Venezuela, Haiti, and Afghanistan which has allowed hundreds of thousands of them to stay in the country.
TPS was meant for “extraordinary” situations, but the Biden administration is abusing the program to keep illegal aliens here indefinitely.
Now, the free ride could be coming to an end.
Tom Homan, Trump’s incoming “Border Czar,” told a Cleveland radio station that Temporary Protected Status is just that, temporary.
“Temporary protected status is at the approval of the Secretary of Homeland Security. That could end tomorrow. And if TPS ends, they’re gonna be removable,” Homan said. “Temporary means temporary. Whatever reason [why] you got temporary protected status — maybe it’s a hurricane in your homeland, maybe war in your homeland — but [when] this situation clears up, you need to go home.”
