Being a police officer is one of the toughest jobs in the country.
Democrats are trying to make that much harder.
And now Barack Obama is about to put police officers in a scary situation with Kamala Harris’ help.
Kamala’s scheme to disarm police
Vice President Kamala Harris is running scared from her radical past during her Presidential campaign.
She’s branded herself as a tough prosecutor to attempt to fool voters in swing states that she’s a moderate.
But Kamala began her political career as a soft-on-crime San Francisco District Attorney.
She supported the “Defund the Police” movement in a June 2020 radio interview.
“This whole movement is about rightly saying, we need to take a look at these budgets and figure out whether it reflects the right priorities,” Harris said at the time.
Now, her campaign claims that she never supported defunding the police.
One of the most important rules with politicians is to watch what they do, not what they say.
The Biden-Harris administration is working on a scheme that will result in police officers being killed in the line of duty.
Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg restarted the Advisory Committee on Transportation Equity – a woke committee created under former President Barack Obama.
The Equity Committee includes a member who thinks cars create “systemic racism.”
It released a report last year that called for the federal government to create a pilot program to “test the use of non-lethal, perhaps non-police traffic enforcement.”
The committee doesn’t want the police to carry guns and tasers during traffic stops because it’s racist.
“Citing a driver for having a broken taillight, forgetting to use a turn signal, or even failing to stop at a stop sign, does not require the use of a gun, taser, or similar tool,” the committee’s report said.
Police are going to lose their lives to wokeness
Democrats have pushed for the police to stop enforcing traffic laws for equity reasons because they claim minorities are unfairly targeted by them.

Traffic stops are one of the most dangerous parts of police work.
Data from the Biden-Harris administration revealed that 134 police officers were shot at during traffic stops from 2021 to 2023.
23 officers were killed during them.
Justice Department data found that traffic stops are the third most dangerous routine activity undertaken by the police.
The Equity Committee focused on a report from the New York Times from 2021, which found that police killed more than 400 people during traffic stops over a five-year period.
But the Times noted that most of those deaths were found justified.
“Considering the violence police have committed at traffic stops, especially on black and brown individuals, it is clear alternatives to this approach are necessary to ensure the safety of our streets,” the committee report read.
Police never know what they’re walking into during routine traffic stops.
Disarming police officers will make them more hesitant to make traffic stops when someone is acting suspicious, which is the goal of the woke committee.
