The Democrat Party finds itself in the political wilderness.
It doesn’t look like a comeback is around the corner.
And that’s because a liberal comedian roasted the Democrat Party for this terrible act of hypocrisy.
Left-wing comedian takes aim at Democrat Party
Whitney Cummings appeared on CNN’s New Year’s Eve special and took aim at the Democrat Party and CNN’s sinking ratings.
“Kamala was forced on us so hard you’d think she was patented by Pfizer!” Cummings joked.
“I’m now playing like 3,000 seat theaters, which is about the viewership of CNN these days.” Cummings snarked to co-hosts Anderson Cooper and Bravo’s Andy Cohen.

The set went viral on social media as a comedian trashing the Democrat Party and a left-wing network that invited them on the air are things that just aren’t done.
Cummings addressed the uproar during the most recent episode of her Good for You podcast, saying she identified as a liberal but believed the Democrat Party lost its way.
“I always thought of myself as a pretty liberal person,” Cummings declared.
Cummings – like comedians such as Joe Rogan – chafed at the Democrat Party’s capitulation to the woke Left and their demands for censorship.
“But I don’t think the Left is as liberal as it used to be. It’s like the Left became the party of censorship,” Cummings stated.
Cummings said she got fed up with the rigid ideological enforcement on the Left of loyalty oaths that demanded anyone on the Left never say a bad word about the Democrat Party.
“It’s just wild to me that we are in a time where, if you are on the left and you don’t criticize your party, how much do you even care about your party? Do you know what I mean? It’s like what’s going on on the left – I had to say, like, I finally just broke,” Cummings continued.
Cummings also took issue with the hypocrisy on the Left where Democrats declare “my body my choice” when it comes to abortion but wouldn’t allow a choice to pick a new candidate when Joe Biden quit the race and tried to force all Americans to take the COVID vaccine.
“’My body, my choice, but you have to take this vaccine,’ and ‘my body, my choice, pro-choice party, but you don’t have a choice in your candidate,’” Cummings added.
Cummings explained that she’s not an “expert on politics” but she knows hypocrisy when she sees it.
“I’m not an expert on politics, which is why I’ve always said I’m not weighing in on it, but I am an expert on hypocrisy, OK? I was raised by hypocrites, I’ve dated them, and I know hypocrisy when I see it,” Cummings remarked.
Cummings told listeners that was why she didn’t consider her set on CNN political at all.
“So to me, I didn’t think I was being political, you know? I thought I was just like, pointing out hypocrisies across the board,” Cummings explained.
Cummings also addressed criticisms that she didn’t tell jokes about Trump and Cummings said she didn’t tell Trump jokes because she found the subject boring and “hacky” because mocking Donald Trump is safe ground for a comedian and that she wanted to be edgy.
“Because that’s hacky to do. Everyone’s done that and to do it on CNN, that’s just like, that’s home court advantage, cheap shot, hack – There’s nothing risky or dangerous about that,” Cummings concluded.
