And Donald Trump took one call from a Supreme Court Justice that left everyone in a state of shock.

The latest fake, media manufactured scandal involves the Left’s continued efforts to delegitimize the Supreme Court.
A New York Times story detailed a phone call between Donald Trump and Justice Samuel Alito and one of Alito’s former clerks, William Levi, seeking a job in the Trump administration.
Trump transition officials viewed Levi with suspicion due to the fact that he served as chief of staff to anti-Trump former Attorney General William Barr.
The phone call centered on William Levi, a former law clerk of Justice Alito’s who seemingly has impeccable conservative legal credentials. But in the eyes of the Trump team, Mr. Levi has a black mark against his name.
“In the first Trump administration, he served as the chief of staff to Attorney General William P. Barr, who is now viewed as a “traitor” by Mr. Trump for refusing to go along with his efforts to overturn his loss in the 2020 election,” the New York Times reported.
Trump’s team wants to weed out the Never Trumpers and swamp RINOs that infiltrated the first Trump administration since Trump and his team got caught flatfooted after winning a surprise victory in the 2016 election.
The hook for the Times story was that the call between Alito and Trump took place before the Supreme Court ruled on Trump’s motion to delay the sentencing in the Manhattan show trial, a bid the court ultimately rejected when RINO Justices John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett voted with the leftists.
Alito’s statement to the Times explained that Levi “asked me to take a call from President-elect Trump regarding his qualifications to serve in a government position. I agreed to discuss this matter with President-elect Trump, and he called me yesterday afternoon.”
The statement also made clear that the call took place before Trump appealed to the Supreme Court to stay the sentencing hearing so he could appeal to vacate the conviction because of Presidential immunity.
“We did not discuss the emergency application he filed today, and indeed, I was not even aware at the time of our conversation that such an application would be filed. We also did not discuss any other matter that is pending or might in the future come before the Supreme Court or any past Supreme Court decisions involving the president-elect,” Alito added.
The Times invented this phony scandal for the same reason it conjured up bogus controversies about the flags Alito flew outside of his homes in Virginia and New Jersey.
Democrats want to seed the ground with fake news that the conservative majority is supposedly corrupt and partisan so the next time Democrats control the White House and Congress they can nuke the filibuster and pack the Supreme Court with up to six left-wing Justices to create a permanent leftist majority.
