GBI Strategies Ran a Democrat Registration Machine and Michigan Police Just Found the Paper Trail

Something happened inside a Muskegon Heights strip mall in October 2020 that Michigan buried for six years.

Michigan State Police raided three GBI Strategies locations that month and sat on the evidence for years.

New internal documents just revealed exactly how big this Democrat-linked voter registration operation really was.

What Michigan State Police Found in the Raids

Investigators hit three GBI Strategies sites in October 2020 – Muskegon Heights, Southfield, and Grand Haven.

They walked out with payroll records, canvasser names, shift logs, daily conference call notes, training manuals, and internal software discussions.

They also found USPS tracking data showing packages shipped to 63 different Michigan clerk offices, according to Gateway Pundit's review of the documents.

That number later grew. A separate investigation identified more than 104 suspect registration packages sent to 68 Michigan cities, with Muskegon simply the location where canvassers got caught.

Gateway Pundit's review of the internal documents describes a much bigger footprint too: 180 to 220 canvassers working roughly 635 documented shifts across a 17-city operation spanning Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Iowa, and South Carolina between September 20 and October 27, 2020.

But the number investigators could actually stand behind is the one that matters most: 8,000 to 10,000 fraudulent voter registration forms traced back to the Muskegon operation alone, according to the Election Crime Bureau's review of the case.

Declassified FBI memos, first reported by Just the News and The Federalist in July, confirmed the bureau's own agents found most of the sampled Michigan applications couldn't be verified – and that prosecutors hit repeated roadblocks trying to bring charges before the case went cold.

That's not a Gateway Pundit talking point. That's the FBI's own paperwork, sat on for years before Trump ordered it declassified.

Inside a Burn and Turn Registration Mill

The internal records Gateway Pundit reviewed read like a company managing turnover, not a civic group registering voters.

Canvassers were posted outside gas stations, grocery stores, and liquor stores – often without the store's permission – averaging just 96 minutes per location before moving on, according to those documents.

Weekly pay reportedly ran $328 to $1,180 depending on output, with bonuses of $50 to $75 dangled for working six or seven straight days.

Philadelphia's shift count allegedly exploded from 17 to 37 per day in a single week, exactly the kind of scaling you'd expect from an operation racing the clock, not one carefully vetting new voters.

Workers cycled through fast enough that the documents describe repeated password resets, login failures, and phones dying two to three hours into a shift – standard friction when you're pushing volume through untrained, temporary labor.

GBI Strategies ran on Democrat-aligned infrastructure the whole time, plugging into the DNC's VoteBuilder database, Politech Blocks, Civitech's C3 unregistered-voter targeting tool, and Grassroots Unwired's canvassing software from CEO Russ Oster's company.

Independent investigator Yehuda Miller fed Hoft additional material connecting the dots between the shipment data and the shift logs.

President Trump directed the Department of Justice to reopen the investigation this year, and the case that Michigan authorities buried for half a decade is suddenly back in front of federal prosecutors.

Why This Looks Exactly Like ACORN

Anyone over 50 remembers this movie.

ACORN ran the same paid-canvasser voter registration model in the 2008 cycle, and it collapsed into one of the largest fraud scandals in modern election history.

At least 18 former ACORN workers were convicted of or admitted to election fraud in Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Washington, and Florida, including a Milwaukee canvasser who submitted 54 fake registrations before pleading guilty.

Seven Miami canvassers were convicted of falsely swearing to registrations they never actually verified.

The pattern is identical: pay workers per registration or per shift, apply quota pressure, and watch quality control disappear the moment the deadline approaches.

Election-integrity researchers have documented this mechanism for two decades – volume-based compensation for voter registration work creates a direct financial incentive to submit forms nobody bothered to check, whether the "voter" exists, lives at that address, or is even eligible to cast a ballot.

GBI Strategies' own numbers match the profile. Eight to ten thousand fraudulent forms out of one Muskegon operation, run by a workforce this transient, isn't grassroots organizing.

It's a factory, and the Michigan documents show the factory floor.

Democrats Buried This for Five Years

Ask yourself why Michigan State Police sat on raid evidence from October 2020 without a single public prosecution for six years.

The FBI documented this investigation. The Biden Justice Department had the files. Nothing happened until Donald Trump got back in the Oval Office and personally ordered the case reopened.

That's not a coincidence – that's a five-year cover-up with a paper trail now sitting in front of federal prosecutors.

Michigan's Democrat attorney general is already scrambling to get ahead of the story, requesting the DOJ's own election files before investigators can use them against the very network that funded her party's 2020 ground game.

Somebody funded hundreds of canvassers, software licenses across four different platforms, and a shipping operation hitting dozens of Michigan cities, and that money trail leads straight back to Democrat campaign infrastructure that has spent five years insisting none of this ever happened.
