Tim Allen got one message from Rush Limbaugh’s brother he never expected in 2024

Comedian Tim Allen has starred in some of the most successful sitcoms in TV history.

But this year he’s moving in a new direction with his life.

And Tim Allen got one message from Rush Limbaugh’s brother he never expected in 2024.

Tim Allen makes an amazing discovery with the Bible

Funnyman Tim Allen isn’t afraid to go against the grain in the secular and Democrat-dominated world of the entertainment industry.

The Home Improvement star is one of the rare outspoken conservatives in Hollywood.

Allen told his followers on social media that he was reading through the Bible this year.

“Never took the time in all my years to ever read and really read the Bible. Currently almost through the Jerusalem Bible Old Testament and almost done with the Prophets,” Allen wrote on X. “Next up to New Testament. So far amazing and not at all what I was expecting.”

That brought words of encouragement from his followers.

“Good for you, sir,” David Limbaugh – the late, great Rush Limbaugh’s brother – replied.

Tim Allen stands up to woke Disney

Allen hasn’t been shy about standing up for his faith in Hollywood.

He wanted to put an emphasis on Christ in the Disney+ series The Santa Clauses, which was based on his 1994 Christmas comedy The Santa Clause.

Allen plays Santa Claus in the film.

Disney wanted to turn the Christmas movie into more of a fantasy movie, but he held the line.

The war on Christmas was in full effect by Disney.

“It originally had a lot of otherworldly characters, and ghosts, and goblins,” Allen told The Wrap in 2022. “I said, ‘No, this is Christ-mas. It’s Christ-mas. It literally is a religious holiday.’ We don’t have to blow trumpets, but I do want you to acknowledge it — that’s what this is about. If you want to get into Santa Claus, you’re gonna have to go back to history, and it’s all about religion.”

Allen’s character says in the series that saying Christmas has become considered “problematic.”

The comedian also talked about the role that faith played in his life during a 2011 interview with ABC News.

Allen’s father was killed by a drunk driver when he was 11 years old.

“For years, I just did not like this idea of God, church,” Allen said at the time. “(I was) still a churchgoer, but constantly a cynic.”

God became “The Builder” in his life.

“I always do ask…The Builder, what did you want me to do?” Allen explained. “And I do ask it.  But you got to be prepared for the answer.”

For all the ups and downs that he’s had over his career, he’s had his faith.

“Whoever built me, this is too much, too weird that it happened by accident,” Allen added. “It didn’t happen by accident.”

Tim Allen has blazed his own trail in Hollywood and become a success without having to compromise his beliefs.
