The Plan Democrats Are Counting On You to Ignore

Boebert fired back at Chuck Schumer this week after the Senate Minority Leader called the Supreme Court's redistricting ruling "Jim Crow."

"They throw race at everything," Boebert said on LindellTV. "It's not surprising."

But she didn't stop at Schumer's tired talking point.

She named what Democrats are actually planning the moment voters hand them back power.

Pack the Supreme Court.

Federalize elections.

Make DC a state.

Carville said it himself on his own podcast last month. His exact words: if Democrats win the presidency and both houses of Congress, they should on day one make DC and Puerto Rico states and expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices.

That's four new left-wing justices added overnight – turning a 6-3 conservative majority into a 9-4 liberal supermajority.

Four new Democrat senators from DC and Puerto Rico statehood.

No more filibuster. No more checks. Just a rubber stamp on whatever comes next.

What Democrats Are Already Doing in Colorado

Here's why Boebert was specifically calling out Schumer on redistricting.

Colorado's congressional delegation is currently split 4-4 between Republicans and Democrats.

A Democrat-aligned group is already gathering ballot signatures to redraw that map ahead of the 2028 election – flipping it to 7 Democrats and 1 Republican.

Seven to one. From four to four.

That's not representation. That's elimination.

Democrats are running this playbook in blue states nationwide. Hakeem Jeffries has already promised to redraw maps in New York, Illinois, Maryland, and Colorado before 2028.

The Supreme Court's ruling in Louisiana v. Callais this week let Republican states respond in kind – and suddenly Schumer is calling the whole system "Jim Crow."

Not when California rewrote its maps. Not when Virginia did it. Only when Republicans fight back.

Boebert called out that hypocrisy directly. Schumer had no answer.

The SAVE America Act Is Running Out of Time

Here's the third piece of the plan – and the one Republicans are fumbling.

The SAVE America Act would require documented proof of citizenship to register to vote. Trump called it the most important bill on the table. It passed the House.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune's response? "The votes aren't there, one, to nuke the filibuster," he admitted publicly.

Schumer has already vowed to kill it, calling the bill "Jim Crow 2.0." Every Democrat in the Senate is unified against every election security measure Republicans put forward.

The bill needs to pass before the midterms.

If Democrats flip the House in November – and Carville is betting they will – there won't be another chance.

The Math That Ends Competitive Elections

Carville didn't hide the endgame. He laid it out step by step.

DC and Puerto Rico statehood equals four new Democrat senators – and with 57 seats, the filibuster disappears.

Thirteen justices on the Supreme Court means every America First policy on borders, elections, and energy gets struck down by a court that was built specifically to do it.

Federalized elections strip away every state-level protection that remains.

The Heritage Foundation documented this identical three-part script years ago – court packing, new blue states, federalized elections – and warned it was designed to make Democrat control permanent.

Carville just confirmed the party never stopped planning it.

Boebert is sounding the alarm. The question is whether John Thune and Senate Republicans are listening – or whether they're going to let the clock run out and hand Democrats the opening they've been waiting for.
