The left spent years telling you Fox News is dangerous and anyone who watches it is evil.
Jesse Watters found out exactly what that looks like standing in a bagel shop line last weekend.
Emma Watters asked the woman one question and she started shaking right there in line.
The Moment Emma Watters Ended the Confrontation
Jesse was standing in line for a bagel when a woman with glasses, bad teeth, and a ponytail heard his voice and spun around.
She accused him of spewing lies on television.
Watters didn't flinch.
He told his audience on The Five he's like Rush Limbaugh – right 99.8% of the time.
Then Emma Watters stepped in with the simplest question imaginable.
"Do you talk to everyone like that – like the way you talk to my husband?"
The woman had no answer.
She told him to go inside and get his bagel.
Then she started shaking.
That's the part that matters.
Not the accusation, not the confrontation, not the Limbaugh comparison.
The shaking.
Watters told his audience the woman was clearly unwell – disconnected from reality, furious at everything, miserable in ways she probably couldn't explain.
The Left Can't Handle a Single Polite Question
This wasn't a random encounter with a rude stranger.
This is what the left has built: millions of people so consumed by hatred for Fox News that they lose control of their own bodies when they encounter someone who works there.
Manhattan psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert told Fox News Digital that Trump Derangement Syndrome is real and afflicts 75% of his liberal patients in New York.
Alpert called it "a profound pathology" and said it may be the defining mental crisis of our time.
His patients can't sleep.
They feel physically traumatized.
They are hyper-fixated on Trump and everyone around him.
And every last one of them believes they're the sane ones.
Watters isn't the first Fox News personality to encounter this in the real world.
In January 2023, Fox News analyst Gianno Caldwell was asked to leave a North Miami restaurant after the owner decided his conservative politics made him unwelcome – this while he had been talking about getting justice for his murdered brother.
Caldwell called it discrimination and said it was unfathomable to be treated that way in America for being conservative.
The pattern runs from restaurant owners to bagel shop customers.
Wherever conservative voices go, the left's rage follows.
And the moment someone pushes back with a single calm question, the whole thing collapses.

What Emma Watters Showed All of Us
The Five is the number one show in cable news.
Not number one in primetime.
Number one period – beating every other cable program, across the key demographics, night after night.
That's what's really driving the rage.
They spent years calling Fox News a fringe operation run by liars, and Fox News just kept winning.
So now they do what the left always does when it loses the big things: they take it out on individuals.
They convinced themselves years ago that Fox News viewers were secretly ashamed – that if you stripped away the social permission, every Trump voter would quietly admit they were wrong.
They accost people in bagel shops.
They throw conservatives out of restaurants.
They shake with rage at a man standing in line for a plain bagel.
Emma Watters asked that single question calmly, with everyone watching, and the woman who moments earlier had felt righteous and brave started shaking like a leaf.
That shaking tells you everything.
Strip away the mob, the social media approval, the newsroom backing and the group validation – and what's left is a miserable person who cannot handle basic civility from a stranger.
The left has been winning arguments by volume for years.
Emma Watters just showed you what they look like when someone asks them to act like adults.
They shake.
