Barack Obama made one bad mistake that Donald Trump made him immediately pay for

Oct 21, 2024

Barack Obama still seethes over the fact that Donald Trump won the 2016 election.

Obama is panicked over the state of the 2024 race and is growing more shrill.

And now Barack Obama made one bad mistake that Donald Trump made him immediately pay for.

Barack Obama’s campaigning for Kamala Harris doesn’t go as planned

In the latest sign that Kamala Harris’ handlers know the momentum is moving in Donald Trump’s direction, the campaign sent Barack Obama to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to stump for Kamala.

The trip turned into a fiasco.

Obama focused on his own grievances with Donald Trump, as opposed to making any kind of case for Kamala Harris.

The focus of Obama’s ire was the economy.

Polls consistently show Americans trust Donald Trump on the economy more than Kamala Harris, who, as inflation skyrocketed due to Biden-Harris administration policies, hoped to scapegoat it on Trump and simultaneously take credit for the boom that took place on Trump’s watch.

Obama, meanwhile, falsely claimed Trump just took the roaring economy Obama left him and kept it running in place.

Trump responded to Obama on Patrick Bet David’s podcast, calling Obama “nasty” and said Obama knows his legacy is on the line, which is why he helped Nancy Pelosi force Joe Biden out of the race.

The economy under Trump

Under Barack Obama, yearly wage growth fell below three percent.

A sign of a strong economy is wages growing by three percent a year.

The economy didn’t hit that mark until 2018 when Donald Trump was President.

Consumer confidence also reached higher levels under Trump than Obama.

Middle-class incomes in America also didn’t return to 1999 levels until Donald Trump’s second year in office.

Trump’s economy performed better than Obama’s on key metrics.

If Trump wins in November, it signals a complete rejection of the Obama-era Democrat Party.

Trump told Bet-David that’s why Obama is growing so frantic on the campaign trail.

“I think he’s angry; he pretends not to be, but I think he’s an angry guy. He’s a nasty guy. He’s got a little bit of an edge, and he’s angry about a lot of things. You look at what happened with [President Joe] Biden, and you look at what he did with Biden. He really hurt Biden,” Trump added.

A Trump win means the American people were offered a straight up choice between Trump’s policies and the policies of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, which were born out of the Democrat Party that Obama shaped.

Trump also needled Obama on how much Obama has aged.

“I hadn’t seen him. He’s changed a lot, visually he’s changed. I like to say visually as opposed to from the look standpoint ’cause of course looks don’t matter anymore in politics, you know?” Trump asked.

Obama is no longer the fresh-faced figure of hope and change who burst on the scene in 2008.

Now, Obama’ hair is all gray and his skin has wrinkled with age as Obama moves into his 60s.

Obama looks like a man from another age, which is why he can’t draw as large a crowd as he used to when he hits the trail.

Trump picked up on that and expressed disbelief at the toll time has taken on Obama.

“You say looks don’t matter, doesn’t make any different, right, because we want to be politically correct, but they do matter. But he’s changed. His look has changed actually quite a bit, I haven’t seen him in a long time,” Trump concluded.
