Kamala Harris was offered one secret deal that would guarantee Trump’s defeat

Aug 19, 2024

The 2024 Presidential Election could go either way.

Democrats are desperate to keep Donald Trump out of the White House.

And Kamala Harris was offered one secret deal that would guarantee Trump’s defeat.

A deal to ensure Kamala Harris’ win

Robert F. Kennedy left the Democrat Party to run for President as an independent after the party rigged the primary to prevent him from getting a fair shot at challenging Joe Biden.

Nancy Pelosi later overturned the results of the primary and forced Biden to quit the race after Pelosi deemed Biden could no longer win following his disastrous June 27 debate performance.

Prior to Biden’s exiting of the race, Kennedy took more votes from Biden as disaffected liberals wanted to register their protest of an 81-year-old mentally-infirmed man as the nominee.

Now that Kamala Harris is the presumptive Democrat Party nominee for President it’s a whole new ball game.

Kamala Harris consolidated the Democrat Party base and polls show Kennedy taking more votes from Donald Trump.

The latest Fox News poll shows Trump leading Harris 50 to 49 in a one-on-one matchup.

But with Kennedy included it’s tied.

Now Kennedy is looking to try and swing the election Harris’ way.

Kennedy reportedly tried to set up a meeting with Harris where he would offer to drop out and endorse Kamala if she agreed to put him in her cabinet.

“Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. sought a meeting last week with Democratic nominee Kamala Harris to discuss the possibility of serving in her administration, perhaps as a Cabinet secretary, if he throws his support behind her campaign and she wins, according to Kennedy campaign officials,” the Washington Post exclusively reports.

The Kennedy effect

Kennedy’s team shared polling with top Democrats about how a Kennedy endorsement would swing the election to the candidate who would agree to give Kennedy a high-level administration job.

“His campaign has produced polling, which it has tried to share with Democrats, that it claims shows both Harris and Trump would get a boost in their public support across 31 states if either candidate announced publicly that Kennedy would have a Cabinet role in their administration,” the Post’s exclusive report continued.

But Kamala’s team wouldn’t take the meeting.

It’s likely her base of college-educated liberals would recoil at the idea of a Kennedy endorsement due to his opposition to vaccine mandates.

Kennedy confirmed the offer to Kamala in an interview with the Washington Post.

“From the beginning of this campaign, we were saying people should be talking to each other,” Kennedy told the Post. “That is the only way of unifying the country.”

Kennedy also held out hope that Kamala would come around and accept his offer.

“I think it is a strategic mistake for them. That’s my perspective,” Kennedy added. “I think they ought to be looking at every opportunity. I think it is going to be a very close race.”

There were reports during the Republican National Convention that Donald Trump sought a Kennedy endorsement and that Kennedy held one out in exchange for the promise of an administration job.

The polling data is clear, Kennedy takes more votes from Trump than Kamala at the moment.

And whatever Kennedy decides to do could prove decisive.
