Max Miller's attorneys just admitted their client fabricated a sworn court statement.
That admission came the same week photos surfaced of his ex-wife’s injuries.
What those photos show – and what an Ohio congressman did to cover it up – is something every conservative needs to see.
Emily Moreno Has the Photos and a Police Report to Back Them Up
Emily Moreno – the daughter of Ohio Sen. Bernie Moreno and a Deputy Director at the America First Policy Institute – spent months quietly documenting what she says her husband was doing to her behind closed doors.
She took the photographs herself.
The first set shows redness across her chest from June 2024 – the day Miller allegedly threw a pot of boiling water at her during an argument at their Ohio home, with their infant daughter present.
The second set shows bruising across her arms, elbow, and abdomen from February 1, 2026 – when Moreno says Miller grabbed and struck her during a custody exchange, again with their daughter watching.
The Bay Village Police Department confirmed it responded to a child abuse report on that exact date.
An investigation is ongoing.
Then Miller's own attorneys acknowledged in a court filing that he fabricated details – in sworn statements and during a hearing – to support a protection order against his ex-wife.
He lied to a court.
His lawyers admitted it.
Miller's public response was to post doorbell footage of Moreno leaving his house calmly and ask why she came back for the dogs if she was afraid.
That's what he's got.

Stephanie Grisham Said the Same Thing and Miller Dropped His Lawsuit
This is not the first time Max Miller has been accused of violence against a woman.
Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham – Miller's ex-girlfriend before Moreno – told then-First Lady Melania Trump directly that her relationship with Miller had become violent.
Miller sued Grisham for defamation.
He dropped the lawsuit two years later.
Now a second woman – with photographs, a police report, and court filings – is telling the same story.
And Miller's legal team just admitted he fabricated a sworn statement.
There is also the handwritten note Miller allegedly wrote to Moreno on the day of the boiling water incident – the one where he called himself "a f–k up and worthless" and said what happened was "eating him alive."
Miller claims the note doesn't reference physical abuse.
He is correct that it doesn't use those words.
He wrote it the same day his wife photographed burns on her chest.
Ohio Republicans Now Have to Answer for What the Boiling Water Photos Show
Here is the thing that should fire up every conservative who spent the last four years fighting for this movement.
Emily Moreno is not a liberal activist looking to take down a Republican.
She works at the America First Policy Institute – one of the most respected conservative think tanks in the country.
She is the daughter of Sen. Bernie Moreno, who Trump personally backed and whose Senate win was one of the movement's biggest victories in 2024.
She is a conservative woman inside the America First world, and she says a Republican congressman beat her in front of their daughter.
The movement that demands accountability from Democrats for covering up bad behavior among their own – the movement that was right to demand it – now has to decide if that principle applies when the accused is one of their own.
It does.
Real conservatives protect women and children first.
Miller has a Trump White House pedigree, a second term, and real allies inside the movement.
None of that changes what is in those photographs.
Moreno's attorney stated it plainly: the photographic evidence and documented court history directly contradict years of Miller's denials.
Miller can post doorbell footage and audio recordings as long as he wants.
The burns were there before the cameras were rolling.
