This Judge made the worst mistake of his life by going to war with Donald Trump

The weaponized justice system is coming after Donald Trump.

Now the lawfare against Trump took a surprising turn.

And this Judge made the worst mistake of his life by going to war with Donald Trump.

D.C. Appeals Court slaps down anti-Trump Judge

The Court of Appeals for Washington, D.C., issued a ruling overturning Circuit Court Judge Reggie Walton, allowing the Biden administration to spy on the computer of a January 6 defendant without a warrant to monitor what political news sites he reads.

“The district court plainly erred in imposing the computer-monitoring condition without considering whether it was ‘reasonably related’ to the relevant sentencing factors and involved ‘no greater deprivation of liberty than is reasonably necessary’ to achieve the purposes behind the sentencing,” the Court of Appeals order read.

Judge Walton is one of the most lawless, anti-Trump judges in the D.C. District Court.

In a previous January 6 case, Walton smeared Trump as a “charlatan,” adding that “I don’t think he cares about democracy, only power.”

Walton faces growing criticism and an ethics complaint

Judge Walton’s under mounting scrutiny for his rogue conduct in and out of the courtroom.

In addition to allowing the government to act like Stalin’s secret police and illegal spy on an American citizen, Judge Walton potentially violated a judicial code of ethics by going on CNN and trashing Donald Trump, despite the fact that Trump has a criminal case pending in Walton’s jurisdiction.

“Well, it’s very disconcerting to have someone making comments about a judge, and it’s particularly problematic when those comments are in the form of a threat, especially if they are directed at one’s family,” Walton said in an interview with CNN’s Kaitlin Collins about Trump pointing out the anti-Trump bias of the judge presiding over Alvin Bragg’s criminal trial against him.

“We do these jobs because we’re committed to the rule of law and we believe in the rule of law. The rule of law can only function effectively when we have judges who are prepared to carry out their duties without the threat of potential physical harm,” Walton continued.

“But nonetheless, it is very troubling, because it is an attack on the rule of law when judges are threatened, and particularly, when their family is threatened. And it’s something that’s wrong and should not happen,” Walton concluded.

Article III Project Found Mike Davis responded by filing an ethics complaint with Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

Conservatives would also like to see House Republicans bring articles of impeachment against Judge Walton, as he’s shown himself to be a lawless political activist, shredding the Constitution at every turn.
