The White House Press Secretary serves as the face of the administration, and their job is to make the President look good.
The quality of the White House Press Secretary can make or break a Presidential administration.
Former White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre will be remembered as one of the most incompetent individuals to ever fill the role.
Jean-Pierre relied on a massive briefing book that she read from whenever a reporter asked her a tough question.
Of course, the only reason Joe Biden selected Jean-Pierre is because she checked all the right identity politics boxes as a black homosexual female.
But there’s a new sheriff in town, and he has a sharp and witty Press Secretary that excels in the position.
Last Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt held her first press briefing with reporters.
But unlike Jean-Pierre, Leavitt is talented and knows how to sell Donald Trump’s agenda to the American people.
She didn’t bring a massive binder to her press briefing.
Leavitt informed the press pool that the Trump administration had established a “new media seat” for the briefings that would be filled by “independent journalists, podcasters, social media influencers, and content creators.”
“Starting today, this seat in the front of the room, which is usually occupied by the press secretary’s staff, will be called the new media seat,” Leavitt continued. “My team will review the applications and give credentials to new media applicants who meet our criteria and pass United States Secret Service requirements to enter the White House complex.”
Of course, Leavitt’s beauty and willingness to push back against the media sent the co-hosts on The View into a rage.
Whoopi Goldberg especially took issue with Leavitt declaring that “there will be no wokeness here.”
Goldberg said it “p***** her off.”
“Let me explain something to you, because without that wokeness, you might not have that job because women were not invited to that table,” Goldberg ranted.
“Women were not invited to many tables in this nation,” she continued. “The reason we fought and busted our behinds to make sure that you didn’t have to worry about this.”
She continued ranting about Leavitt talking “about ‘the wokeness.’”
Goldberg made the outrageous claim that if not for wokeness, then “women could not get into the colleges they wanted to go to” because “it was a man’s world.”
“So please, please stop using that phrase and talking about this because you don’t understand what you’re saying,” she added.
For someone who claims to be a champion for women in America, Goldberg didn’t hesitate to viciously attack a female who made it to the highest position in her field of work.
But it wasn’t just Goldberg who insulted Leavitt.
Co-host Joy Behar also offered her opinion on the new Press Secretary.
Behar said Trump only selected her because she is smoking hot.
“She’s probably been put in there, because according to Donald Trump she’s a 10,” Behar said. “You know that’s what it is.”
Karoline Leavitt has only been Press Secretary for just over a week.
She’s only held one press briefing.
But she’s already causing the media elites to melt down.
