Jim Jordan caught the Sunrise Movement passing Antifa recruitment material to children in schools last February.
Now leaked slides from a March membership meeting show the operation goes much deeper than anyone reported.
This group has a written, phased blueprint to dismantle the American political system – and the deadline is 2032.
The Four-Phase Blueprint to Replace America With the Green New Deal
Slides obtained by the watchdog group Defending Education from a March 2026 Sunrise Movement membership meeting spell out what the group calls its "grand objective" – replacing America's "billionaire 2 party system" with something they call "eco-socialism" and a "multi-racial democracy."
This isn't a climate group anymore.
The plan runs in four phases.
Phase 1 – right now – focuses on stopping "Trump's grip on power," building toward "mass noncooperation," and using the 2026 midterms as a launching pad.
Phase 2 hits in 2028 with what the slides call "MASS strikes" and the "biggest tentpole of masses against Trump + his billionaires."
Phase 3, from 2029 to 2031, is labeled "political revolution."
Phase 4 – 2032 and beyond – is titled "The New System."
The slides note that Phase 4 will include, in the group's own words: "Happiness (maybe)."
Your country for a maybe.
How the Sunrise Movement Is Using Hilton Hotels to Defund ICE
The slides don't just talk revolution – they assign homework.
One section instructs members to book and then cancel Hilton reservations to bleed the company financially.
At a No Kings rally in St. Paul days before these slides surfaced, Sunrise bragged that their anti-ICE noise protests had already cost Hilton at least $18 million – by the group's own accounting.
A separate section targets college students, urging them to pressure universities into cutting vendor contracts with companies the group labels "ICE enablers like Hilton."
The goal, in their own language: "topple the corporate pillar."
"These coordinated plans to put economic and social pressure on universities to achieve a socialist 'democracy' should raise serious concerns," said Rhyen Staley, director of research at Defending Education. "Our academic institutions should be places of higher learning, discovery, and robust debate – not weaponized to achieve a 'structural change' to the political foundations of this country."
The slides also lay out three scenarios the group believes could unfold in the coming years.
One, labeled a "full dictatorship," envisions Trump allegedly stealing future elections and using the military against opposition.
A second, called a "seesaw democracy," predicts Democrats win but can't govern, eventually paving the way for authoritarians to return.
The third – and preferred – outcome calls for "mass noncooperation and huge electoral turnout" to remove Trump, followed by dismantling the current system entirely.
Jim Jordan Flagged Sunrise Movement's Antifa Terror Ties Months Ago
The House Judiciary Committee – led by Jim Jordan – put Sunrise on notice last November, demanding records from George Soros's Open Society Foundations after a Capital Research Center report alleged that OSF had donated at least $2 million to the group.
The committee's letter cited that same report documenting that Sunrise "endorsed and solicited financial support for the Antifa-associated anarchist terrorists of the Stop Cop City / Defend the Atlanta Forest coalition" – the 2023 group that used Molotov cocktails and arson against law enforcement near Atlanta.
Trump designated Antifa a domestic terrorist organization in September 2025.
In February, NEA president Becky Pringle joined a Sunrise Zoom call where Shiney-Ajay told the assembled activists they cannot "stop fascism without organized labor" – and Pringle pledged the union's 3 million members to the fight.
Sunrise Movement and Soros Money Are Driving the May Day 2026 General Strike
All of this is aimed at one date: May 1.
Indivisible co-founder Ezra Levin – whose organization has received $5 million from Soros's Open Society philanthropy arm – stood before 100,000 people in St. Paul on March 28 and called for a nationwide work stoppage.
"On May 1, on May Day, we are saying, 'No business as usual,'" Levin told the crowd. "No work, no school, no shopping. We're going to show up and say, 'We're putting workers over billionaires and kings.'"
May Day. The same holiday communist and socialist movements have claimed as a day of mass action for over a century.
At that same No Kings rally, members of the Revolutionary Communists of America chanted "communist revolution" in Times Square while waving hammers and sickles. The Freedom Road Socialist Organization raised its flag over the Minnesota State Capitol.
That is the coalition Sunrise is feeding into.
The slides are now in investigators' hands. The question is whether Congress moves before these groups turn May 1 into the dress rehearsal for 2028 they've already written down.
