The Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling that shook up the 2024 election.
Joe Biden was furious.
And Joe Biden said three words about the Supreme Court that put jaws on the ground.
Joe Biden attacks Supreme Court immunity ruling
Joe Biden – as well as every other Democrat and their allies in the press – was livid over the Supreme Court’s bombshell ruling granting Donald Trump immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts.
This ruling not only guts Jack Smith’s indictment against Trump for January 6, but it ensures this case won’t go to trial before the election as the trial court will now have to hold hearings on which acts Smith charged Trump with fall under this new standard of immunity.
Biden tried to calm fears on the left that he’s too old and senile to carry on the campaign by addressing the nation at 7:45pm.
This time got picked likely because of a story in Axios revealing that Biden can only function between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
Biden showed up for his speech caked in bronzer and looking like the actual “orange man.”

An enraged Biden ranted about the case by falsely claiming the Supreme Court placed the President above the law.
“No one is above the law, not even the president of the United States,” Biden raged.
“Today’s Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity, that fundamentally changed. For all practical purposes, today’s decision almost certainly means that there are virtually no limits on what a president can do,” Biden added.
In reality, the Court’s decision really protected Biden as if Donald Trump won, it would be Biden potentially facing criminal prosecution on human trafficking charges over his smuggling of illegal aliens into the country.
The Court correctly decided that the President – whoever they are – needed to be free to carry out their duties in office without fear of the other party trying to jail them once they left office.
Biden’s cognitive decline on display again
If Biden hoped this speech would quiet the doubters about his cognitive functions, Biden was sorely mistaken.
Even in a speech where Biden read from a teleprompter, he couldn’t help but flub his remarks.
Biden wrapped up his speech, quoting from Sonia Sotomayor’s overheated and preposterous dissent.
Biden ranted that “with today’s Supreme Court decision, once again it’ll depend on the character of the men and women who hold that presidency that are going to define the limits of the power of the presidency, because the law will no longer do it. I know I will respect the limits of the presidential powers that I’ve had for three and a half years.”
Biden then read aloud the stage directions from the teleprompter declaring “end of quote” which was just included in the text so Biden knew when to stop quoting Sotomayor.
“But any President, including Donald Trump, will now be free to ignore the law. I concur with Justice Sotomayor’s dissent today. She — here’s what she said, she said: “In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law. With fear for our democracy, I dissent.” End of quote. So should the American people dissent. I dissent,” Biden concluded.

Biden then shuffled out of the room without taking any questions from reporters.
If Biden wanted to silence the doubters, this event wouldn’t do it.
It wasn’t just that Biden couldn’t tell a stage direction from his actual speech.
Not taking questions and showing he could think on his feet and communicate his thoughts clearly in an unscripted setting also will leave doubts in people’s minds since all Biden did in response to the Supreme Court ruling was read words off a screen.
