Joe Biden just granted Liz Cheney one favor that will make Donald Trump madder than hell

Liz Cheney spent the last four years trying to put Donald Trump in prison.

Cheney failed, and now she could be the one on the wrong end of a criminal investigation.

But now Joe Biden just granted Liz Cheney one favor that will make Donald Trump madder than hell.

Joe Biden awards Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson the Presidential Citizens Medal

The Presidential Citizens Medal is the second highest award a President can award a civilian.

Joe Biden used the award to find a new level of disgrace to stoop to on his way out the door.

It was bad enough when Biden corruptly pardoned his son and then decided on which death sentences to commute based on the political whims of the Democrat Party coalition.

But now Biden is honoring the work of the disgraced January 6 Committee by awarding its co-chairs Bennie Thompson (D-MS) and RINO former Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney with the Presidential Citizens Medal.

In a statement announcing the awards, the White House wrote of Cheney that “throughout two decades in public service, including as a Congresswoman for Wyoming and Vice Chair of the Committee on the January 6 attack, Liz Cheney has raised her voice—and reached across the aisle—to defend our Nation and the ideals we stand for: Freedom. Dignity. And decency. Her integrity and intrepidness remind us all what is possible if we work together.”

A House Administration Oversight Subcommittee investigating the January 6th Committee recommended Cheney face a criminal investigation for witness tampering after encrypted messages revealed Cheney met with former Trump administration official Cassidy Hutchinson who later offered false testimony in a public hearing about Donald Trump attacking his Secret Service detail when agents wouldn’t take him to the Capitol following his speech at the rally.

The White House honored Thompson writing that he was “born and raised in a segregated Mississippi, as a college student inspired by the Civil Rights movement, Bennie Thompson volunteered on campaigns and registered southern Black voters. That call to serve eventually led him to Congress, where he chaired the House January 6th Committee—at the forefront of defending the rule of law with unwavering integrity and a steadfast commitment to truth.”

Thompson is an election denier who voted against certifying the results of George W. Bush’s victory over John Kerry in 2004 over deranged conspiracy theories about voting machines and voter suppression.

Thanks to the House Administration Oversight Subcommittee, Americans now know that the January 6 Committee deleted key records and suppressed testimony that vindicated Donald Trump, such as his offer to deploy 10,000 National Guard troops to secure the Capitol.

Donald Trump and many of his supporters believe the January 6 Committee was a criminal racket that bent the law to frame Donald Trump.

And the Presidential Citizens Medal may be just the start of the favors Biden does for Cheney, Thompson, and the other January 6 Committee members.

Biden may issue the January 6 Committee members pre-emptive pardons – similar to the one he gave to Hunter Biden – to protect them from any criminal charges.
