Kamala Harris dragged out every celebrity under the sun for her final rallies.
It was reminiscent of Hillary Clinton’s strategy in 2016.
And Jennifer Lopez went on the attack against Donald Trump for this unthinkable reason.
Jennifer Lopez invents the Puerto Rico hoax
Actress and recording star Jennifer Lopez showed up at Kamala Harris’ event in Las Vegas to endorse Kamala.
Democrats have won Nevada in every Presidential Election since 2004, but this year Republicans built up an historic lead in the early in person and mail voting.
Kamala brought in “J-Lo” to help juice Latino voter enthusiasm.
Lopez – who is Puerto Rican – centered her speech on a joke made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally.
“There’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it’s called Puerto Rico,” Hinchcliffe stated.
Lopez proceeded to invent the hoax that a joke told by a comedian – that Donald Trump wasn’t on stage for, didn’t laugh at, and didn’t endorse – was somehow indicative of Trump’s view of Latino voters.
“He reminded us who he really is and how he really feels,” Lopez falsely claimed. “It wasn’t just Puerto Ricans who were offended that day. It was every Latino in this country, it was humanity and anyone of any decent character.”
Lopez was there to stir up Latino voters with falsehoods because a CNN poll of Nevada found Kamala only leading Trump 48 to 47 with Hispanics.
And in an even bigger whopper, Lopez claimed she was “not here to trash anyone or bring them down.”
Lopez moved to praise a version of Kamala Harris that didn’t exist except in the imagination of Hollywood.
“I know what that can feel like and I wouldn’t do it to my worst enemy, or even when facing the biggest adversary I think America has internally ever had,” Lopez claimed. “But over Kamala Harris’ entire career, she has proven to us who she is. She has shown up for us every day, for the people. And it’s time for us to show up for her.”
And just to make sure she undercut her message of not wanting to trash anyone Lopez declared she wanted a ‘Hollywood ending’ for this election where “the good girl” wins.
“Yes, I was born here and we are Americans,” Lopez concluded. “I am a mother. I am a sister. I am an actor and an entertainer and I like Hollywood endings. I like when the good guy, or in this case the good girl, wins. And with an understanding of our past and a faith in our future, I will be casting my ballot for Kamala Harris for president of the United States proudly.”
If Kamala Harris is the “good girl,” that means Donald Trump is the “bad guy.”
And if Donald Trump is the bad guy, that makes his voters complicit in evil in the mind of Lopez.
Coming off the heels of Joe Biden’s garbage smear, Lopez’s comments stood out as just another way leftist elites look down at Trump supporters.
