Another major court fight turned into an embarrassing defeat for Joe and Hunter Biden.
Now all hell is breaking loose.
And Hunter Biden waived the white flag of surrender in this big legal battle.
Hunter Biden taps out on laptop fight
Even Hunter Biden and his legal team now concede his infamous laptop is real.
After the government admitted the laptop as the key piece of evidence in the trial where a jury convicted Hunter Biden on three counts of making false statements on a federal firearm background check form, Biden’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, withdrew a lawsuit filed against Rudy Giuliani and his lawyer, Robert Costello.
Giuliani and his team spiked the football at the time, but now everyone admits the laptop Giuliani leaked to the New York Post in October 2020 – which contained evidence of Joe Biden’s involvement in a foreign influence peddling scheme – was authentic.
“This should serve as a reminder to people that — despite the unrelenting attacks by partisan Democrats and their allies in the permanent Washington political class — Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s integrity and commitment to the truth is unwavering,” Giuliani spokesperson Ted Goodman declared.
The lawsuit
After the Post published their story about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop, the Biden campaign organized a letter signed by 51 former intelligence community officials falsely claiming the laptop was Russian disinformation.
Joe Biden stood in front of the country at the final Presidential debate and lied to the public about how the laptop was Russian propaganda.
In the lawsuit, Hunter Biden sought $75,000 in damages from Giuliani and Costello because they supposedly committed an act of “total annihilation” of Hunter Biden’s “digital privacy.”
The lawsuit accused Giuliani of “hacking” and “manipulating” the contents of the laptop.
“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop’ computer,” the lawsuit stated.
The lawsuit accused Giuliani and Costello of running a disinformation campaign by violating the Federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
“Although Defendants and their allies are entitled to their baseless opinions about Plaintiff and the Biden family — and they are also free to share those opinions on their podcasts and with whomever else cares about what they have to say — they are not entitled to violate federal and state anti-computer hacking laws to advance their personal and political agendas,” the lawsuit continued.
An election interference conspiracy
With the withdrawal of this lawsuit, it’s now official that the Biden campaign, the deep state, Big Tech, and the media ran one of the biggest disinformation campaigns in American history to interfere in the 2020 election.
Yet to date, there’s been no accountability in the deep state, press, or Biden officials who concocted a lie about Hunter Biden’s laptop to conceal from the American people damaging information about Joe Biden’s corruption.
