Egypt Just Humiliated Woke Museums With One Spectacular Night

Nov 13, 2025

Look what Egypt pulled off while woke focused museums get robbed blind.

They just opened the most incredible museum in modern history.

And it exposes exactly how far woke cultural institutions have fallen.

Egypt Throws the Party of the Century

November 1 was a night that made every American feel embarrassed about our own country.

Egypt opened the Grand Egyptian Museum after 20 years of work and over a billion dollars.¹

The ceremony? Absolutely stunning.

World leaders flew in from Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Palestine – everybody who matters showed up to celebrate Egyptian achievement.²

Drones lit up the desert sky with ancient symbols floating above those massive pyramids.

Fireworks exploded while orchestras played under the stars.³

Inside? Over 100,000 artifacts telling 7,000 years of Egyptian history, including King Tut's complete treasure collection displayed together for the first time since 1922.⁴

Egyptian President el-Sisi called it "a new chapter in the history of the present and the future."⁵

This wasn't just some museum opening.

This was Egypt showing the world what happens when a country takes its heritage seriously.

The Louvre's Humiliating Security Disaster

Just four days before Egypt's triumph, the world's most famous museum suffered the most embarrassing heist in modern history.

Thieves broke into the Louvre Museum in Paris and stole more than $100 million worth of Napoleon-era crown jewels in broad daylight.⁶

The robbery took just eight minutes.

Four masked criminals used a furniture hoist to scale the museum walls, smashed through windows, and escaped with priceless French treasures while tourists wandered the halls below.⁷

French Justice Minister Gérald Darmanin admitted the obvious: "What is certain is that we have failed."⁸

But the real scandal wasn't the theft itself.

It was what caused it.

Meet the Louvre's Diversity Hire Security Chief

The Louvre's head of security is Dominique Buffin, who was hired as the museum's first female security chief in 2024.

Buffin was appointed by Laurence Des Cars, the Louvre's first female director, as part of what French media celebrated as a "feminization policy."⁹

Marion Maréchal, member of the European Parliament, didn't mince words about the disaster.

"This humiliation cannot go unanswered," Maréchal wrote. "Rachida Dati must demand the immediate resignation of the museum's director Laurence Des Cars and the security chief Dominique Buffin, whom she appointed as part of a feminization policy."¹⁰

"Evidently, at the cost of forgoing competence and endangering the cultural heritage of our nation," she added.¹¹

You want to know the difference?

Egypt actually cares about their history.

France cares about checking woke boxes.

Look What Egypt Gets Right

Here's what Egypt figured out that our elites can't grasp: build something incredible, people will come see it.

They didn't spend twenty years and a billion dollars on diversity consultants.

They built a museum that makes your jaw drop.

The whole thing lines up perfectly with those ancient pyramids.¹²

Walk in the front door and BAM – you're face to face with an 11-meter statue of Ramses II that makes you shut up and pay attention to Egyptian greatness.¹³

Every single detail designed to make you go "holy crap, these people built something amazing."

Meanwhile, what's France doing?

Hiring their security chief because she's a woman, not because she knows how to stop thieves.

Result? Criminals waltz out with Napoleon's crown jewels.

Marion Maréchal called France "the laughingstock of the world."¹⁴

She's not wrong.

America's Museums Are Next

You think this can't happen here?

Look at Oakland – same woke priorities, same disastrous results.

Every American museum director watching this better wake up fast.

Egypt just showed the world how it's done.

They'll get millions of visitors and billions in tourism revenue.¹⁵

But here's what really matters: Egyptian kids will walk through that museum and think "damn, my ancestors were badass."

That's what museums are for – making people proud of where they came from.

Not this.

Egypt builds monuments to human achievement.

France gets robbed because they hired based on gender.

America's museums need to figure out which example they want to follow.
