CBS discovered the one reason the polls will be wrong in November

Polls show Kamala Harris leading Donald Trump.

But the polls underestimated Donald Trump’s support before.

And CBS discovered the one reason the polls will be wrong in November.

CBS reporter finds out Trump support is deeper than polls show

Nevada’s six Electoral College votes will likely prove critical in this election.

The polls of the battlegrounds show that whoever wins this election may only do so by one state.

And both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump likely need to win Nevada if they want to be the next President.

Donald Trump held a sizable polling lead over Joe Biden.

That changed with the switcheroo to Kamala Harris.

Real Clear Politics currently shows Kamala Harris holding a 1.2% lead over Trump in Nevada.

But CBS’s Adriana Diaz toured Nevada and reported back that the polls could be wrong again.

Diaz visited restaurants in Reno, North Las Vegas, and Pahrump, Nevada.

In her report on CBS This Morning, Diaz recounted the overwhelming support she found for Trump at these restaurants, as only one person supported Kamala Harris.

Diaz said the lack of support for Kamala Harris wasn’t for a lack of trying on her part as she spoke to every single person in the restaurants except one man.

“What was really incredible is in every single restaurant, of the people willing to talk to us, we could only find one Harris supporter in every restaurant — and we left no stone unturned. I approached every single person, except for this one guy… But people are really excited about Trump,” Diaz stated.

Nevada voters give their reasons for supporting Trump

The voters who spoke to CBS gave familiar reasons for supporting Trump, citing the border and inflation.

“People are coming here for asylum? Baloney. They’re coming here for the freebies,” women at a barbecue joint in Reno said of the 10,000,000 illegal aliens that border czar Kamala Harris imported into America.

“Tacos used be what? A dollar, a dollar fifty? After the pandemic, they don’t go under three dollars,” a man at a North Las Vegas Mexican restaurant said about inflation.

“I think they think if they keep throwing money at it, it will fix the problem. It’s the same as an old house, oh let’s just keep fixing it. Sometimes the solution is to tear it down and rebuild,” a woman at a diner in Pahrump also complained about inflation.

These voters identifying Kamala Harris with the failures on the border and inflation are the biggest problems her candidacy faces.

This is a change election.

Americans aren’t happy with the direction of the country over the last four years.

And the voters that CBS spoke to in the crucial battleground of Nevada all reject the idea that Kamala Harris is the insurgent outsider candidate and judge her to be the candidate of the status quo.
