President Trump called out six Democratic lawmakers for telling the military to disobey orders.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez decided Trump was the problem.
And AOC questioned Trump's mental state and exposed Democrats' fatal flaw.
AOC attacks Trump for responding to Democrats undermining the military
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez told Forbes that President Trump's "mental state" should be questioned after he called out six Democratic lawmakers who urged military members to "refuse illegal orders."¹
Trump responded to a video where Senators Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelly, along with Representatives Chrissy Houlahan, Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander, and Jason Crow told service members they could disobey the Commander-in-Chief.

All six are military or intelligence veterans, which makes their message even more dangerous.
They're not random activists.
These are people who understand exactly how devastating it is to break the chain of command.
Trump called their actions "seditious behavior" and said in earlier times such conduct was "punishable by death."²
He wasn't making threats.
He was stating historical facts about how seriously America once treated attempts to undermine military discipline.
But AOC saw an opening to attack Trump's character.
"To be honest, the president's remarks indicate a level of instability," she told Forbes. "It's not just shocking, it's not just offensive, it's bizarre, it is erratic, it's volatile. And I think it indicates a mental state that we should all be questioning, whether that's emotional, mental, or what have you."³
Translation: Democrats can tell the military to ignore the President, but Trump can't call them out for it.
AOC kept going, accusing Trump of making "threats of violence" and claiming "it is not normal to invoke these kinds of threats."⁴
She's playing the same tired game Democrats always play.
Attack Trump's personality instead of addressing the actual issue.
Democrats told the military to break the chain of command
The six Democrats didn't make some innocent public service announcement.
Their video directly told service members "you can refuse illegal orders" and "you must refuse illegal orders."⁵
They claimed Trump's administration is "pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens."⁶
That's a coordinated message designed to create doubt about following orders from the Commander-in-Chief.
Senator Elissa Slotkin told NBC News she received "hundreds and hundreds, if not, you know, closer to a thousand threats" after Trump's posts.⁷
Representative Chris Deluzio said he's under 24/7 Capitol Police protection.⁸
Good.
They should face consequences for what they did.
When you tell the military to second-guess orders from the President, you're not defending the Constitution.
You're undermining it.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche announced the Justice Department would be taking "a very close look" at the lawmakers' actions.⁹
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explained the stakes: "The sanctity of our military rests on the chain of command, and if that chain of command is broken, it can lead to people getting killed."¹⁰
That's not hyperbole.
That's basic military reality.

AOC reveals why Democrats keep losing
Here's what AOC and her fellow Democrats don't understand.
Americans are sick of politicians who attack Trump's mental state while ignoring what's actually happening.
Trump didn't threaten anyone with death.
He responded to six Democrats who tried to create a mutiny in the armed forces.
Those are two very different things.
But AOC can't tell the difference because she's so consumed with Trump hatred that everything he does must be wrong.
She proved Trump's exact point about why these six Democrats needed to be called out.
They're putting their political opposition to Trump ahead of national security.
And when Trump points that out, Democrats like AOC accuse him of being "unstable" and "volatile."
Fox News host Laura Ingraham warned Republicans that AOC is "positioning herself to run for president in 2028" and "building the most powerful political operation we've seen since Obama."¹¹
Let her run.
Every time AOC opens her mouth to attack Trump, she reminds voters why they rejected Democrats in 2024.
Americans want leaders who care about protecting the military chain of command.
Not politicians who question the President's mental health for defending it.
