Adam Schiff fails to stop Kash Patel from becoming FBI director
Senate Democrats did everything they could to stop Kash Patel’s nomination as FBI Director.
But they didn’t have the numbers needed to block his confirmation.
U.S. Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) raged against Patel during his confirmation hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Patel and Schiff are old rivals dating back to President Donald Trump’s first term.
Schiff was the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee and would routinely lie on CNN and MSNBC about having seen evidence that Trump was a puppet of the Russians.
Patel helped expose the Russian collusion hoax with his work as a staffer on the House Intelligence Committee under former chair Devin Nunes (R-CA).
He confirmed that Schiff and the FBI were lying about Trump in an attempt to derail his Presidency.
Trump tapped Patel to serve as the FBI director so he could end the weaponization at the bureau.
Schiff is worried about Kash Patel leading the FBI
U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) predicted that Patel would expose the corruption in the FBI during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s The Ingraham Angle.
“Senator, why, oh, why is Adam Schiff so worried about Kash Patel?” host Laura Ingraham asked.
“Adam Schiff is afraid of the truth because he’s a habitual liar,” Johnson replied. “Talk about a political hack. He is one, but now he’s unfortunately a U.S. Senator.”
Johnson said that Patel’s leadership at the FBI would be a stark contrast from the secretive and corrupt nature of the bureau under former President Joe Biden.
“I fully expect Kash Patel, first of all, to be transparent, which obviously FBI, Department of Justice was not under President Biden,” Johnson explained. “The American people deserve the truth, and we’re going to work very closely with Kash Patel to give the American people the truth, to expose all the corruption, the partisanship within the FBI, maybe even the Department of Justice.”
The Wisconsin lawmaker said that Patel told him he was going to restore the public’s trust and confidence in the FBI.
“This can’t go on. We’re going to return integrity, restore integrity the FBI, that is Kash’s mission,” Johnson stated. “That’s what he told me prior to his confirmation hearing. He wanted to return credibility, integrity to the FBI. He’ll send agents out to the field, make prosecutorial decisions out there, outside the politics of Washington, D.C., return to a single system of justice, one for all Americans.”
Patel vowed that he was going to end the two-tiered justice system that Biden created in a speech after being sworn in as FBI director.
“I promise you the following — there will be accountability within the FBI and outside of the FBI, and we will do it through rigorous Constitutional oversight starting this weekend,” Patel said.
The corrupt FBI that waged war against Trump and his supporters is going to be dismantled under Kash Patel.
