Out-of-control government spending is the number one driver of inflation.
The Federal Reserve printing new money to finance Joe Biden’s trillions in socialist spending ignited the inflation crisis.
That’s why Donald Trump campaigned across the battlegrounds with Elon Musk, promising that Musk would identify trillions in wasteful government spending.
These cost savings would not only bring inflation under control, but they would begin the process of America setting its fiscal house in order.
Laura Ingraham remarked on her show that what had Democrats trying to organize protests was the fact that Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) sought to fix the problem of the national debt and not the debt itself.
“Now for liberals, a $36 trillion debt is not a national emergency, but the DOGE crews identifying spending scams, that is a national emergency. Oh, OK. Only now, though, are Americans beginning to really understand how deep the corruption runs in Washington, and courtesy of DOGE and its allies on the Hill, we’re seeing what is tantamount to an ongoing brazen theft from the U.S. taxpayers. No wonder the co-conspirators are all in a froth,” Ingraham stated.
The Democrats and the media are trying to create fake panics over the DOGE team – who are government employees – digging through the books of agencies like the IRS to find out where to cut costs.
Ingraham explained that the Left’s fear mongering over Musk and the DOGE engineers accessing private information for taxpayers was absurd considering what’s gone on at the IRS under Democrat Presidents.
“He is saving us money, and he is not combing through IRS files, accessing people’s personal data. That’s what Democrats do, like during the Obama administration, when they nosed into conservatives files over at the IRS,” Ingraham stated.
In addition to the Obama administration’s IRS-Tea Party group targeting scandal, Joe Biden’s IRS leaked tax returns for wealthy Americans to the left-wing activist site ProPublica in the hopes of building support for Joe Biden’s multi-trillion dollar tax hike.
Ingraham also detailed the line items in the USAID budget Musk wanted to cut to show that Democrats used foreign aid as a self-dealing scheme to funnel kickbacks to their ideological allies across the world who advance the woke agenda.
“Money flows to their ideological bed fellows for things such as $361,000 to queer trans pan-sexual non-binary and two spirit people on how to farm. $1.5 million to advance DEI in Serbian businesses, oh, goodie. $2 million for sex changes and LGBT activism and Guatemala. $2.5 million for EVs for Vietnam, and $3 million on girl-centered climate action,” Ingraham continued.
And in maybe the biggest scandal of all, the government spent hundreds of millions of dollars subsidizing media outlets that uniformly attack conservatives and promote leftist propaganda.
“But are Democrats really going to defend our funding $268 million worth of grants to news outlets across the globe,” Ingraham continued.
Democrats claim these cost savings aren’t a big deal because they represent just one percent of the federal budget.
The Democrats betray that nonchalance by lighting their hair on fire in defense of these cuts because they know how this small pot of money goes a long way to funding their global political movement.
