Donald Trump raised one issue with Joe Biden’s preemptive pardons that will keep Liz Cheney up at night

Former RINO Congresswoman Liz Cheney served as Vice Chair on Nancy Pelosi’s sham January 6 Committee.

Joe Biden handed Liz Cheney a preemptive pardon on his way out the door after a House Administration Oversight Subcommittee recommended she face criminal prosecution for witness tampering and submitting false evidence.

But Donald Trump just raised one issue with Joe Biden’s preemptive pardons that will keep Liz Cheney up at night.

Donald Trump’s landslide victory over Kamala Harris will go down as one of the greatest political comebacks of all time.

Eight years of witch hunts, sham impeachments, lawfare – on top of two assassination attempts – were not enough to stop Donald Trump from winning a second term in the White House.

Trump’s victory struck fear throughout the entire Washington, D.C. establishment.

But Liz Cheney was terrified over the House Administration Oversight Subcommittee recommending she face criminal prosecution for her role on the January 6 Committee.

Joe Biden gave Liz Cheney the Presidential Citizens Medal – the country’s second highest civilian honor – for working on Pelosi’s January 6 witch hunt Committee.

But the Presidential Citizens Medal is not a get out of jail free card for Cheney.

That’s why Joe Biden gave Liz Cheney a preemptive pardon on his last day in office for any crimes she may have committed while serving on the January 6 Committee.

But many of Biden’s preemptive pardons could be null and void due to his use of the autopen.

Trump recently raised the issue in a post on Truth Social.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump wrote. “In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” Trump continued. “The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden, he knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.”

“Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” Trump added. “The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”

Of course, Donald Trump says a lot of things on Truth Social to poke at the radical Left.

But Trump was serious in his post about the pardons.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded to a question from CNN’s Kaitlan Collins about Trump’s post on Truth Social.

Leavitt said Trump “was begging the question that I think a lot of journalists in this room should be asking about whether or not the former President of the United States — who I think we can all finally agree — was cognitively impaired.”

“Did the President even know about these pardons?” Leavitt asked.

“Was his legal signature used without his consent or knowledge?” she continued. “I think it’s a question that everybody in this room should be looking into.”

Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project analyzed the signature on Joe Biden’s pardons and discovered that they “all have the same exact Biden autopen signature.”

Joe Biden signed Hunter’s pardon by hand, but the autopen was used to pardon Liz Cheney.

Biden is not the only President to use the autopen.

All Presidents use it.

But the issue with Biden revolves around his mental condition and using the autopen for something as big – and controversial – as a preemptive pardon.

Only time will tell whether or not Joe Biden’s pardons are legitimate.

But Liz Cheney will be pacing the floor at night over it.
