Americans don’t have to guess what Kamala Harris’ campaign internal poll numbers show.
The public can tell they don’t paint a rosy picture of the race.
That’s because Kamala Harris’ handlers allowed their candidate to exit her protective cocoon and sit for media interviews.
Kamala’s handlers picked a series of friendly venues for her interviews.
But Kamala Harris ended up losing ground in the polls, despite having supporters ask her friendly questions.
Former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy used a monologue on his Fox News show to break down why Kamala’s poll numbers took a hit, despite her handlers trying to set her up in situations to succeed and drive the news cycle.
Gowdy thought it was especially rich that, in one interview, Kamala Harris expressed her desire to forge a consensus on how to move forward on the problems facing the country.
The former South Carolina Congressman marveled that Kamala Harris would expect the American people to buy this sales pitch, considering Kamala Harris spent her entire career governing from the far Left.
Gowdy cited – as one example – Kamala Harris supporting sex change operations for prisoners.
“Build consensus around what we’re 50/50, country. That’s why you had to break so many ties in the Senate. As Vice President, I wonder if she thinks sex-change operations for death row inmates builds consensus,” Gowdy stated.
Gowdy asked if Kamala Harris really thought her policy to open the border to 10,000,000 illegal aliens – including violent criminals – or allowing terrorists on death row, like the Boston Marathon bombers, to vote, would bring the country together.
“Does she think sanctuary cities for unlawful migrants who commit crimes brings Americans together? Does she think Americans are clamoring to all that death row inmates vote? She can’t think of a single thing she do differently from Biden,” Gowdy continued.
Kamala Harris’ flawed pitch to voter
Kamala Harris is now trying to present herself as a bipartisan bridge builder who can heal political divisions.
That’s why she campaigned with Never Trump RINOs Adam Kinzinger, Liz Cheney, and Barbara Comstock.
But Gowdy predicted few would buy it, as Kamala Harris couldn’t answer simple questions like what she would do differently than Joe Biden.
On The View, Kamala Harris said there isn’t anything she thought she would do differently.
Gowdy expressed disbelief that Kamala Harris couldn’t even bring herself to say the manner in which the withdrawal from Afghanistan played out was a mistake.
Kamala Harris didn’t think she would do anything differently, despite the fact that that bungled withdrawal led to 13 American service members dying in a terrorist attack, and then Kamala Harris and Joe Biden green-lighting a retaliatory drone strike that hit the wrong target and murdered seven children.
“What about droning a car full of kids in Afghanistan. What about the feckless withdrawal where American soldiers were killed the border inflation Israel? Nothing we did learn. She dreams but doesn’t nap. I can’t tell you how vitally important those qualities are in vetting the most important, powerful person in the world,” Gowdy concluded.
The more the American people see of Kamala Harris, the more they see she can’t answer basic questions about how she would govern the country if she’s given four years in the White House.
