Johnson says he regrets endorsing Joe Biden
In an interview with Fox News Channel’s Will Cain ahead of WrestleMania 40, Johnson expressed regret for endorsing Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
Johnson told Cain he wasn’t happy with the state of the country.
When Cain asked about Johnson endorsing Biden and Kamala Harris a second time, Johnson responded, “That answer’s no. I’m not going to do that.”
Johnson explained that he was sitting out the 2024 election after coming to the realization that his endorsing Biden only added to the political division in America.
“The takeaway after that, months and months and months, I started to realize like, oh man, that caused an incredible amount of division in our country,” Johnson added.
Johnson takes flak from the Left over not endorsing Biden
Former ESPN host and current Atlantic writer Jemele Hill is one of the most obnoxious liberals in the media.
While at ESPN, Hill set off a firestorm by calling Donald Trump a white supremacist.
Hill trained her gatling gun of outrage at Johnson during an appearance on former ESPN star Dan Le Batard’s podcast, claiming that Johnson saying he planned to keep his vote secret meant he was really voting for Trump.
“Even though he said he was going to keep his ballot to himself, he actually didn’t,” Hill ranted. “Because there’s only one other person who will be the nominee. So unless you plan to write in yourself … you have made your decision that you plan to vote for xenophobia and bigotry and all these other things that you claim to stand against.”
Hill then falsely claimed Trump and his supporters were responsible for the division in America.
“If (Johnson) wants to stop the division, then he shouldn’t at all make it seem like he is aligned with the side that is pushing only division,” Hill added. “That’s their entire agenda. They have no policy. The entire thing that they have is to get you to hate somebody else that you perceive is lower on the totem pole than you.”
It’s Joe Biden who weaponized the government against his political opponents.
Biden’s Justice Department is trying to jail Donald Trump as a means of interfering in the election due to Biden trailing Trump in the polls.
And it’s Biden’s FBI now on a three-year long manhunt to round up and arrest Trump supporters – even those who peacefully protested – who attended the January 6 rally.
Hill attacks Johnson for ‘cowardice’
Finally, Hill claimed it was an act of “political cowardice” for Johnson not to endorse Biden.
“I love Dwayne Johnson. During my time at ESPN, if you asked people the No. 1 person when they came through and did the ‘carwash’ who was the best person … in terms of how they interacted with people, how nice they were, it was easily The Rock or No. 2 would be Kevin Hart,” Hill said. “And that’s the kind of frankly political cowardice that’s hard to respect.”
The opposite is true.
Johnson could take the easy path and just say he’s endorsing Biden even if he doesn’t plan to vote for him, as it’s expected that Hollywood actors will support Democrats.
No pundit would attack Johnson for supporting Biden.
The tough choice is bucking the Hollywood liberal hive mind and telling the truth about Biden.
