Tulsi Gabbard Is About to Release Documents That Expose a Secret FBI Program No One Knew Existed

Mar 12, 2026

Tulsi Gabbard is sitting on documents that will change what you know about who the FBI was really targeting.

They're not just about Trump – they're about Americans who said the wrong thing out loud.

Kash Patel's agents found the hidden file, and what's inside it has alarmed the FBI's own people.

The Secret Program That Turned Your Words Against You

John Solomon dropped a bombshell on Steve Bannon's War Room Tuesday morning.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard and the FBI are preparing to release a large body of declassified documents within the next ten days.

The documents allegedly prove two things: foreign interference in American elections and a covert surveillance program that targeted ordinary citizens based on what they said.

Not what they did. What they said.

Solomon described the mechanism plainly: utter the wrong phrase about the wrong topic, and the government quietly classified you as a national security threat, added you to a list, and opened surveillance on you without your knowledge.

Solomon knows this firsthand because he was personally targeted in 2022.

When the Justice Department reviewed his case, they admitted their entire theory of the operation was, in his words, "ludicrous."

He has spent the last two and a half years hunting the documents that prove what was done.

Kash Patel's team cracked it open recently – agents traced the operation to a restricted SCIF, identified its classified code name, and recovered the prohibited-access file that Wray's people had deliberately routed around the FBI's standard case management system to keep it invisible to most of the bureau.

Crossfire Hurricane and Arctic Frost Were Only the Beginning

Most Americans have now heard of Crossfire Hurricane – the Russia hoax probe launched against Trump in 2016 based on a Clinton campaign-funded dossier.

The Arctic Frost operation came later, targeting approximately 430 Republican individuals and entities connected to Trump, including the Republican National Committee, the Republican Attorneys General Association, and Turning Point USA.

Plasmic Echo followed, tied to the Mar-a-Lago raid – with internal FBI messages already surfacing that show agents questioning whether the facts even met probable cause for the warrant.

Round River sits between them, still largely classified.

Now there's a fifth.

Solomon told Bannon it may be the most troubling of all – not just because of what it did, but because of what it assumed: that the political speech of American citizens qualified as a national security threat.

The FBI built a surveillance program around that assumption, buried it from their own people, and Wray's inner circle made sure it stayed that way.

Maricopa Is Next – and the Evidence Is Already in FBI Hands

The declassified documents are only half the story breaking this week.

Gabbard's operation is running alongside a rapidly expanding FBI criminal probe into election irregularities in the states where Democrats have run elections their way for decades.

A federal grand jury subpoena recently pulled terabytes of electronic election data from Maricopa County, Arizona – the same county that has been at the center of Republican concerns since 2020.

Arizona State Senate President Warren Petersen confirmed his body handed over records from the 2020 audit.

The trigger for the subpoena was a congressional observer report that has never been made public – a joint report filed by one Republican and one Democrat who watched the 2024 election in Maricopa County and documented what they saw, with photographs.

Bryan Steil, chairman of the House Administration Committee, confirmed publicly that Congress is working hand in glove with federal investigators on the Arizona matter.

This follows directly on the FBI's January raid of a Fulton County, Georgia election warehouse – where FBI Special Agent Hugh Raymond Evans told the court the bureau has "substantiated" major irregularities in how votes were counted and is investigating whether those failures were intentional violations of federal law.

Solomon told Bannon this is phase two of a five-phase investigation into blue states and blue-controlled counties where elections were not administered according to state law.

They Hid It Because They Knew What It Was

The pattern here is not subtle.

Crossfire Hurricane. Round River. Plasmic Echo. Arctic Frost. And now a fifth operation – one that treated your words as a weapon to be used against you.

Chris Wray ran the FBI like a political operation aimed at one man and everyone who supported him.

He buried the files. He marked them prohibited access. He routed them into SCIFs where his own agents couldn't stumble across them.

That's not procedure. That's a cover-up.

Now Kash Patel is tearing those walls down, Gabbard is preparing to go public, and a federal grand jury is already deep inside Maricopa County's election records.

Democrats spent years telling you Trump was the threat to democracy.

What's coming out of those SCIFs tells a very different story – and it explains exactly why your vote has always mattered more to them as something to control than something to count.
