Travis Kelce looked on in horror as Joe Biden got caught in one compromising situation

Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end Travis Kelce couldn’t believe what he was watching.

Everyone wanted to look away, but they couldn’t.

Travis Kelce looked on in horror as Joe Biden got caught in one compromising situation.

Kansas City Chiefs visit to the White House ends in embarrassment

The two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs made their second straight visit to the White House for the customary celebration of a championship team.

Joe Biden couldn’t help but make a fool of himself.

Biden – who polls show is hideously unpopular – tried to latch on to Kelce’s star power.

“I’d have Travis up here, but God only knows what he’ll say,” Biden declared.

“Travis, come here! It’s all yours pal,” Biden begged.

Kelce then delivered a few brief and bizarre remarks that didn’t make any sense.

“My fellow Americans,” Kelce began.

“It’s nice to see you all yet again. I’m not gonna lie, President Biden, they told me if I came up here, I’d get tased; so I’m gonna go back to my spot, alright?” Kelce added.

Since Biden couldn’t stand next to Taylor Swift, getting in front of photographers with Swift’s significant other was the next best thing.

But even Biden couldn’t pull off something as simple as hanging out with star football players without reminding the American people he’s a laughing stock.

That’s because Biden put on a ridiculously oversized Chiefs helmet and looked like Rick Moranis’ Lord Helmet character from Mel Brooks’ Star Wars parody film Spaceballs.

Why politicians never wear hats

In 2013, then President Barack Obama passed on the opportunity to put on a Navy football helmet when he met with the team to celebrate Navy winning the Commander-in-Chief trophy for beating both Air Force and Army.

“You don’t put stuff on your head if you’re president,” Obama stated.

“That’s politics 101,” Obama added.

Obama was referring to the disastrous photo op from the 1988 Presidential campaign where Democrat nominee Michael Dukakis wanted to show he wasn’t some ACLU liberal and could be the spine-of-steel President the American people demanded during the Cold War.

Dukakis famously saw his 17-point lead over Vice President George H.W. Bush evaporate over the summer, and the Dukakis team was desperate to shake up the narrative that Dukakis opposed the pledge of allegiance and let criminals like Willis Horton out of jail for weekend furloughs, which allowed them to commit even more violent crimes.

That led to a September 13, 1988, event at a General Dynamics plant in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

At the event, even liberal reporters like ABC’s Sam Donaldson howled in laughter as Dukakis – wearing a suit and tie – put on a tank commander’s helmet and rode around the field looking like a fish out of water.

1988 was – coincidentally – Joe Biden’s first failed Presidential campaign.

Biden – who was entered in that race as the candidate of youth and change – dropped out when it came to light that he plagiarized speeches from a British politician.

If anyone should have known the dangers of the President putting on a hat, it should have been Joe Biden.
