Joe Biden operated as the most lawless President in American history.
The courts had to step in time and time again to halt his illegal power grabs.
And now the Supreme Court just smacked down Joe Biden one last time.
Chief Justice John Roberts admonishes Joe Biden
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court issued the year-end report in an annual tradition.
And although John Roberts didn’t refer to Joe Biden by name, Roberts was clearly referring to Biden when Roberts slammed leaders that defied court rulings.
“Every Administration suffers defeats in the court system — sometimes in cases with major ramifications for executive or legislative power or other consequential topics. Nevertheless, for the past several decades, the decisions of the courts, popular or not, have been followed,” Roberts stated.
“Within the past few years, however, elected officials from across the political spectrum have raised the specter of open disregard for federal court rulings. These dangerous suggestions, however sporadic, must be soundly rejected,” Roberts added.
Joe Biden repeatedly tried to impose schemes he knew were illegal.
Biden ordered an eviction moratorium and COVID vaccine mandate that Biden admitted at the time didn’t pass Constitutional muster.
The Supreme Court swiftly struck down these rogue orders.
But nothing symbolized Biden’s lawless conduct as President more than his repeated attempts to loot the treasury to steal from taxpayers in order to wipe out student loan debt.
Biden raided more than $400 billion in taxpayer money to eliminate student loan debt from Harvard trained doctors and lawyers earning up to $250,000 per couple.
Americans who played by the rules and paid off their loans, or who never went to college, got stuck with the tab for Biden’s privileged, college educated base’s loan bills.
The Supreme Court struck down Biden’s student loan termination program.
Joe Biden defies the Supreme Court
One month later, Joe Biden was back at it with a second scheme to transfer student loan debt from borrowers to taxpayers and even bragged about how he planned to defy the Supreme Court.
“I promised to ease student debt for millions of folks. The Supreme Court blocked me, but it didn’t stop me. I found another way to help more than 3.7 million people—teachers, nurses, police officers, firefighters—with over $130 billion in relief,” Biden wrote on X.
The courts stopped this plan as well.
But Biden didn’t flinch.
Biden tried to spring an October surprise with a third attempt at student loan bailouts in the hope it would swing the youth vote to Kamala Harris.
“Under the proposed regulation, the secretary of education would be authorized to cancel federal student loans in cases where the Education Department determined that “a hardship is likely to impair the borrower’s ability to fully repay the loan or render the costs of continued collection of the loan unjustified,” the New York Times reported.
Trump won 43 percent of the youth vote on the way to winning re-election.
And Joe Biden finally yielded as in December he withdrew the latest illegal student loan bailout scheme knowing Trump was just going to rescind it.
