Mitch McConnell thinks he has the perfect opening to cut a deal with Joe Biden.
They want to work hand in hand to deliver a win for Washington, D.C.’s “Swamp.”
And Ted Cruz lowered the boom on Mitch McConnell for this secret deal with Democrats.
The situation unfolding at the U.S.-Mexico border is so catastrophic that even the media and Democrats can’t deny it anymore.
Washington, D.C.’s “Swamp” is never going to let a crisis go to waste.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and his senate RINOs are working on a backroom deal with President Joe Biden and Democrats on a so-called border security bill.
The bill promises border security but is a bait and switch so RINOs and Democrats can get their preferred outcomes.
The details are being hashed out behind closed doors, but it reportedly gives Biden $15 billion to process illegal aliens and dump them across the country for the rest of the year.
Five thousand illegal aliens would be allowed to enter the country every day, and every one of them would receive permits to work legally in the U.S.
The bill also includes citizenship for the children of foreigners in the country on work permits.
Biden began dismantling border security on his first day in office and has worked relentlessly to enable the invasion of illegal aliens.
He has no interest in using any money or powers that a fake border security would give him.
McConnell is eager to sign off on the bogus border deal, to send more taxpayer money down the drain in Ukraine, which he has called additional funding for the country’s “number one priority.”
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) took off the gloves during a press conference with his GOP Senate colleagues opposed to the McConnell-Biden deal which he called a “stinking pile of crap bill.”
“It’s not that they’re bad at negotiating,” Cruz explained. “It’s that they want this outcome and this outcome is terrible for the American people.”
He said that Democrats have no interest in securing the border.
“This bill represents Senate Republican leadership waging war on House Republican leadership,” Cruz said. “It’s not designed to secure the border and it won’t secure the border and that’s why leadership wants it kept in secret.”
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) claims that the bill is dead on arrival in the House.
“This bill is not designed to fix the problem. This bill normalizes 5,000 people a day coming in,” Cruz added. “5,000 people a day is over 1.8 million a year. That’s called an invasion by the way. Under Joe Biden, we’ve had 9.6 million. So the great Republican compromise is we’re for two-thirds of Joe Biden’s open borders. We’ll let in 6 million instead of 9 million.”
Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson remarked in 2019 that 1,000 illegal aliens at the southern border in a day is a crisis.
Mitch McConnell’s grand compromise with Joe Biden is a border security bill that codifies into law an invasion of illegal aliens.
