Steve Bannon responded to one call for war with an answer that left jaws on the floor

Steve Bannon is never one to back down from a fight.

That trait is about to serve him very well.

And Steve Bannon responded to one call for war with this answer that left jaws on the floor.

Elon Musk picks a fight with MAGA over H1B visas

Elon Musk asked for it with his demands that Donald Trump keep the H1B visa program in place.

Tech companies exploit the H1B visa program to import entry level workers from foreign countries into the United States who will work for lower wages than Americans.

These visas prevent around 100,000 Americans from getting jobs and they can’t compete with foreign workers who will work for far less under the threat of deportation.

Trump’s MAGA base revolted against the fact that Americans can’t get jobs in their own country because Big Tech imported in a slave wage labor work force.

Musk responded on X by claiming this fight was personal for him and declaring war on the MAGA base.

“The reason I’m in America along with so many critical people who built SpaceX, Tesla and hundreds of other companies that made America strong is because of H1B,” Musk wrote.

“I will go to war on this issue the likes of which you cannot possibly comprehend,” Musk added.

Musk didn’t come to America on a H1B visa.

Rather Musk attended the University of Pennsylvania on a F-1 visa.

Musk promising to spend his $500 billion fortune to purge Trump supporters from elected office and the GOP if they didn’t support a low wage foreign work force in America sent shockwaves across the MAGA movement.

Steve Bannon wants a fight

On a recent episode of his War Room podcast, Bannon didn’t sound the least bit intimidated by the world’s richest man declaring war over an issue Bannon sees as existential to the future of the United States.

“We’re fighting for something that means something. We have meaning in this. This is why people watch this show. This is why people come to this show and all this great content people provide us.” Bannon stated.

Bannon said the MAGA supporters who were with Trump from the beginning signed up because Trump represented a chance to blow up the corrupt open borders status quo.

Musk endorsed Trump in July of this year.

Bannon warned Musk that his money meant nothing to him as he wasn’t about to let someone who jumped on the bandwagon late in the game now dictate policy to the Trump base.

“Why have they done this for years? Why they did it for years at Breitbart? When Trump started appearing in ‘13 or ‘14? We said, that’s the guy. Why was it– because it had been a struggle before that? We didn’t come in here in June, and we’re not saying, just cause you came late. No, you can be part of this, but you’re not going to sit here and lie to us, to our face and expect to say nothing, because you’re worth $500 billion,” Bannon added.

Bannon told Musk he was willing to fight him on this issue and reminded the world’s richest man that he was willing to go to federal prison to defy then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and later emerged unbowed.

“You people are taking money. Take money. I don’t care. Bow down and kowtow. I don’t care. I couldn’t care less. I’m a crazy freaking Irishman. And I will never– I didn’t kowtow to Nancy Pelosi, put me in a federal prison for four months and I didn’t care,” Bannon declared.

“Spit in their face when I went in, I spit in their eye when I came out. I literally do not care. And that is the first step in the path of victory,” Bannon went on.

Bannon doubled down on his position, calling for a complete and total immigration moratorium until Trump could work out an immigration system that benefited American workers instead of tech barons and foreigners.

“100% moratorium on all immigration until we get this thing sorted!” Bannon concluded.
