Pete Hegseth was fuming after a Biden-appointed Judge barred him from enforcing Trump’s anti-woke orders

Joe Biden’s woke policies and DEI initiatives nearly destroyed the United States military.

Donald Trump put Pete Hegseth in charge of the Defense Department to clean the woke out of the Armed Forces.

That’s why Pete Hegseth was fuming after a Biden-appointed judge barred him from enforcing Trump’s anti-woke orders.

Barack Obama and Joe Biden made fundamental changes to the Armed Forces that weakened the military and tanked recruitment numbers.

Transgender individuals were considered unfit for military service until Barack Obama changed the policy during his second term.

Donald Trump issued a directive that banned transgender service members in his first term, but Joe Biden changed it back when he took office.

Joe Biden also stacked the military with woke transgender generals and leaders who implemented DEI policies throughout the Armed Forces.

Biden’s woke generals pushing the transgender agenda and DEI policies led to a military recruitment crisis.

Donald Trump campaigned on a promise to remove the woke and rebuild the American military.

He issued an executive order that “bans the use of discriminatory race- or sex-based preferences by any element of the Armed Forces, the Department of Defense, or the Department of Homeland Security.”

According to a White House statement, “This Order also abolishes any remnant of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) bureaucracy within the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.”

Trump’s efforts have already solved the recruitment crisis.

“I am pleased to report that in January, the U.S. Army had its single best recruiting month in 15 years and that all armed services are having among the best recruiting results ever in the history of our services,” Trump said in his address to Congress. “What a tremendous turnaround,” he continued. “It’s really a beautiful thing to see people love our country again, they love our country, and they love being in our military again.”

Trump is fulfilling the mandate voters gave him on November 5.

But activist judges are blocking Trump and stopping him from doing the will of the people.

Judges have already issued rulings blocking his deportation program as well as several DOGE initiatives.

And now a judge just ruled against Trump’s ban on transgender soldiers.

Trump previously issued an order banning transgenders from joining the military.

In response to Trump’s executive order, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth issued a policy that disqualifies people with gender dysphoria from military service. 

The policy states that “a current diagnosis or history of, or exhibit symptoms consistent with, gender dysphoria are incompatible with the high mental and physical standards necessary for military service.”

However, on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes just issued a preliminary injunction barring Hegseth from enforcing Trump’s order.

“The court knows that this opinion will lead to heated public debate and appeals,” she wrote. 

“In a healthy democracy, both are positive outcomes,” she continued. “We should all agree, however, that every person who has answered the call to serve deserves our gratitude and respect.”

There are currently thousands of transgenders in the military, but they only represent less than 1% of the total number of active duty troops.

Donald Trump is working hard to fix the mess made by Joe Biden and usher America into a new golden age.

But Democrat judges are working to stop him every step of the way.
