She loves to play the victim card whenever it serves her political purposes.
And Nancy Pelosi gave one pathetic excuse after a Democrat wished death on a Republican that will make you sick.
Nancy Pelosi gets caught making excuses for violent Democrat rhetoric
Nancy Pelosi got cornered by CNN’s Dana Bash about a disturbing scandal rocking Virginia’s attorney general race.
Democrat candidate Jay Jones sent text messages saying Republican House Speaker Todd Gilbert should get "two bullets to the head" for how he honored a deceased moderate Democrat lawmaker.
The exact messages were even more disturbing – Jones wrote about Gilbert, Hitler, and Pol Pot, saying Gilbert "gets two bullets to the head" and would "receive both bullets every time" if he had to choose.
When pressed about whether Jones should drop out of the race, Pelosi’s response was absolutely shameless.
She ducked and weaved like a politician caught red-handed, claiming it wasn’t her decision to make.
But then came the part that will make your blood boil.
Instead of condemning Jones for his violent rhetoric, Pelosi immediately played the victim card and made it all about herself.
She insisted that Jones was still the better choice for attorney general, then complained that nobody makes enough of a fuss when people threaten to shoot her.
The hypocrisy was so thick you could cut it with a knife.
But here’s a Democrat candidate literally fantasizing about murdering a Republican and wishing death on his children – and Pelosi’s first instinct is to complain that people don’t care enough when it happens to her.
Pelosi refuses to call for violent Democrat to step down
Dana Bash didn’t let Pelosi off the hook that easily.
She pressed the former Speaker about whether Virginia’s Democratic gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger should ask Jones to step down over the death threats.
Pelosi’s response was peak political cowardice.
She refused to give a straight answer, claiming she doesn’t get involved in other people’s races while simultaneously defending Jones as the better candidate.
What a load of garbage.
This is the same Nancy Pelosi who spent four years blaming Donald Trump for every act of violence in America.
The same woman who claimed Trump’s rhetoric was "dangerous" and "divisive" when he criticized his political opponents.
But when a Democrat candidate in her own party talks about shooting Republicans in the head, suddenly she doesn’t want to get involved.
The Republican National Committee nailed it when they called her response "SPINELESS" on social media.
The Left’s violent rhetoric double standard gets exposed again
Look, here’s what’s really happening with Nancy Pelosi’s pathetic response.
Democrats have spent years weaponizing political violence as a campaign issue when it serves their purposes.
They screamed about "threats to democracy" and "dangerous rhetoric" every time a Republican criticized their policies.
But the second one of their own candidates talks about putting bullets in Republicans’ heads, they suddenly develop amnesia about their own standards.
Pelosi’s excuse-making for Jay Jones exposes the complete fraud of the Democrat Party’s supposed concern about political violence.
They don’t actually care about protecting anyone from violent rhetoric.
They only care about using it as a political weapon against Republicans.
For folks who’ve been watching this game for years, Pelosi’s response was completely predictable.
She’ll bend over backwards to defend any Democrat, no matter how vile their behavior, while simultaneously demanding Republicans apologize for far less inflammatory comments.
This is the same party that spent months calling parents at school board meetings "domestic terrorists."
The same party that sicced the FBI on Catholics attending traditional Latin Mass.
But a Democrat attorney general candidate talking about shooting Republicans?
That’s just politics as usual for Nancy Pelosi and her crew.
The Virginia race is now a perfect test case for whether Democrats will finally be held accountable for their own violent rhetoric.
Don’t hold your breath waiting for the media to apply the same standards they use for Republicans.
