Megyn Kelly Just Said What Every Conservative Is Thinking After One Wild Lindsey Graham Interview on Fox News

Mar 13, 2026

Megyn Kelly has been watching Lindsey Graham for a long time.

This week she finally said out loud what millions of conservatives have been thinking.

And Graham is not going to like a single word of it.

The Senator Who Won't Stop Threatening Everyone

Graham hit Fox News' Hannity on Monday night and delivered a one-man foreign policy rampage.

He threatened Saudi Arabia with consequences for not joining the fight.

He told Spain – a NATO ally – that he wanted American airbases pulled from their country.

He called for the liberation of Cuba.

He demanded Lebanon face consequences.

All in a single television appearance.

That's when Megyn Kelly had enough.

"When did Lindsey Graham become our president?" she wrote on X.

On her radio show she called Graham a "homicidal maniac" with a bloodlust that couldn't be satisfied – and said he should be kept nowhere near President Trump's orbit.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, a Florida Republican and one of Trump's most loyal allies in Congress, went further still.

"There are some in the Senate that advocate for war everywhere," Luna posted on X. "Lindsey Graham is one of them. He does NOT tell the President what to do, nor does he control Congress."

Luna confirmed she had spoken directly with the administration and with fellow members of Congress – nothing had changed on the ground. No boots. And if Graham wanted another war so badly, Luna said, he should be the first to volunteer to fight in one.

The Man Who Sold Trump the War

Here's what makes Graham's media blitz especially troubling for America First conservatives.

He didn't just endorse Operation Epic Fury after the fact.

He engineered it.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Graham spent months working Trump personally – starting on the golf course right after the 2024 election. He traveled to Israel and met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, coaching him on the precise arguments most likely to move the president toward authorizing strikes. He then flew to Saudi Arabia and briefed Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on the same mission.

One senior White House aide – exasperated by Graham's constant appearances at Mar-a-Lago – called him an "annoying crazy uncle."

Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett was more direct: "Lindsey hasn't seen a fist fight he hasn't wanted to turn into a bombing raid."

This is the same man now going on national television to tell South Carolina parents to send their sons and daughters to the Middle East.

A Pattern That Never Changes

Graham's record isn't a secret.

He backed the 2003 Iraq invasion – the one that cost trillions, destabilized the entire region, and fueled the rise of ISIS. He pushed for a permanent U.S. military presence in Iraq. He opposed withdrawal from Afghanistan. He called for preemptive strikes on Iran as far back as 2010.

Every time, the same pitch: trust the establishment, commit American lives and treasure, and a new and better Middle East is waiting on the other side.

Every time, the same result.

Steve Bannon and Jack Posobiec put it plainly on WarRoom: Graham isn't speaking for the American people. He's speaking for a defense industry that needs the war machine running – and Trump needs to recognize it.

The America First movement was built on a hard rejection of exactly this playbook. Trump ran on no new wars. His base remembers Iraq. They remember Afghanistan. They remember every senator who promised liberation and delivered chaos.

President Trump has the authority here. Graham doesn't control Congress and he doesn't control this war. Megyn Kelly is right. Anna Paulina Luna is right. And the sooner Graham is kept away from the microphone – and the president's ear – the better the outcome for every American family with skin in this fight.
