Kamala Harris’ honeymoon is quickly coming to an end.

And Megyn Kelly blew the whistle on the worst offense Kamala Harris ever committed.
Harris’ role in the big lie
Kamala Harris was complicit in the big lie of 2024.
And that was hiding the truth about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline from the American people.
Democrats clearly hoped they could slip through the November elections while concealing the fact that Biden was mentally infirmed.
That hope crashed and burned with the June 27 debate.
Kelly asked her guest, ESPN host Stephen A. Smith, why Harris shouldn’t be held accountable for lying to the American people about Joe Biden’s condition.
Smith argued that Biden was out of the race and now it was Trump versus Harris.
Smith also claimed that since Trump boasted about how he had a better record in office than Harris on inflation, crime, the economy, the border, and foreign policy, that is what the two should debate.
Kelly questions Harris’ constitutional duties
Megyn Kelly pushed back, arguing that Harris had a constitutional duty under the 25th Amendment to step in if the President was impaired and couldn’t carry out his duties.
“How can she not be held accountable when she also took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. And if she saw a man who now is essentially admitting he’s, he cannot be president, if she saw that, didn’t she have an obligation to do something about it?” Kelly asked Smith.
Because as far as we know, she did absolutely nothing about it and let him remain in control. And he’s still in control!” Kelly added.
Americans haven’t seen or heard from Joe Biden despite Hezbollah murdering Israeli children and Israel responding by carrying out kill missions against terrorist leaders.
The world could be sleepwalking into war in the Middle East, and Joe Biden is missing in action.
Smith agreed that Harris would be in the wrong if she saw Biden was senile and did nothing, but Smith floated the possibility that Harris alerted Congressional leaders like Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer.
“Well, you’re right, Megyn. If she did nothing. What I’m saying is, if she did, if she spoke, whether it was to Senator Schumer, whether it was to Nancy Pelosi, whether it was to Senator Booker… uh, you know, House Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, former President Barack Obama and others,” Smith responded.
Smith claimed Harris would have fulfilled her duty by working in secret to maneuver Biden out of the race.
“If she were working internally to make sure those issues were being addressed because of what she witnessed and what she saw, but she didn’t just go outside in a public forum, come across as betraying the administration that she works under, I don’t have a problem with that,” Smith added.
“You are right if she did absolutely nothing,” Smith concluded. “I don’t know that she did nothing because look what ultimately ended up happening.”
But that’s not how the 25th Amendment works.
It’s up to the Vice President and the cabinet to remove the President from power if he’s unable to discharge his duties.
If Harris worked behind the scenes to force a senile Biden out of the Presidential election but allowed him to remain in power, Harris would still be falling short in her duty.
