The 86-year-old is overcome with Trump Derangement Syndrome.
President Donald Trump issued an executive order eliminating birthright citizenship.
Waters demanded that First Lady Melania Trump, a naturalized citizen from Slovenia, be deported during a bizarre and unhinged rant at a Los Angeles protest against the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
“When he [Trump] talks about birthright, and he’s going to undo the fact that the Constitution allows those who are born here, even if the parents are undocumented, they have a right to stay in America, if he wants to start looking so closely to find those who were born here and their parents were undocumented, maybe he ought to first look at Melania,” Waters raved.
“We don’t know whether or not her parents were documented,” Waters added. “And maybe we better just take a look.”

Once again, Waters has no idea what she’s talking about.
Melania was born in Slovenia when it was a part of the former country of Yugoslavia in 1970.
She moved to New York City in the 1990s to work as a model on a visa.
The First Lady became an American citizen in 2006 after she married President Donald Trump.
Her parents became American citizens in 2018.
Birthright citizenship doesn’t apply to Melania because she wasn’t born in the United States.
Trump signed an executive order banning birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment where anyone born in the country automatically becomes a citizen.
Being dead wrong is just another day at the office for Waters.
Maxine Waters is losing it during Trump’s second term
Waters has escalated her long-running feud with Trump during his second term.
She said at an early anti-DOGE rally that Trump was preparing to start a second civil war.
“I’m worried that Trump is on the edge of creating a civil war. He alluded to it more than once. He alluded to the fact that if he did not get reelected, that there could be a civil war. You know what responsibility that places on us,” Waters ranted.
Waters claimed that the modest budget cuts proposed by DOGE would be the spark that started a civil war.
“This president is putting us in a position where hungry people are going to be on the street, where nonprofits who were waiting for their checks are not going to get them, where seniors waiting for their Social Security check will not get it – where poor families with children will not get what they believe the government has agreed to do,” Waters declared. “And so when that happens, what does Trump expect? Oh, I believe he expects violence. I believe he expects confrontation. I believe he’s working toward a civil war.”
Waters and Democrats are losing their minds because Trump is back in the White House.
Their hatred of the President has them living in fantasy land.
