Mark Levin melts down over Trump negotiating to end war in Gaza
President Trump won the 2016 and 2024 elections campaigning on an America First foreign policy.
Past Presidents like George W. Bush. Barack Obama, and Joe Biden embroiled the United States in endless wars in Europe and the Middle East.
Because of Joe Biden’s incompetence, Iran was able to fund the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
President Trump promised to end the war.
And since taking office President Trump negotiated agreements to free the remaining American hostages held by Hamas.
Now President Trump’s Middle East Envoy Steve Witkoff is trying to bring an end to the war by hammering a ceasefire that will lead to a peace deal.
Fox News contributor and radio host Mark Levin is losing his mind over this possibility.
Levin ranted on social media that President Trump’s foreign policy should accommodate Israel war plans.

“WHY IS THE UNITED STATES DICTATING TO ISRAEL HOW TO FIGHT HAMAS? Why do we have an envoy negotiating with Hamas and working with Qatar, and telling the Israelis what to do with Hamas when Hamas attacked Israel, slaughtered their people, and Hamas is holding their people hostage?” Levin ranted on X.
Levin argued Israel should dictate the terms of the war and the conditions under which Hamas frees the remaining Israeli hostages held in captivity.
“Israel wants to destroy Hamas. We keep demanding a ceasefire, which is what the Biden regime did. Why are we not allowing Israel to handle this instead of prolonging the war?” Levin added. “As for the hostages, the Israelis want them back as urgently as we do. Indeed, more so. But they have to decide the best way forward. The Israelis have all but destroyed Hezbollah, they are destroying Hamas, they have destroyed Iran’s air defenses and much of its economy.”
“Israel knows what to do and how to do it,” Levin concluded.
This isn’t the first time Levin had a meltdown over Trump and Israel diverging on foreign policy.
President Trump waived off a planned Israeli attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities due to Witkoff’s negotiations to end Iran’s nuclear weapons program.
Witkoff dismissed critics of the strategy as being part of the “neocon element.”
Levin then accused Trump’s envoy of subversive behavior.
“The envoy talks like the fifth column isolationists. Nobody believes war is the only way. We wait with great interest to see the deal you’re negotiating with the warmonger Iranian terrorist regime,” Levin ranted on social media.
On Memorial Day Levin also compared President Trump negotiating with Iran to European leaders who appeased Adolf Hitler.
“We must also reject agreements with foreign regimes and groups that seek our destruction and endanger the very existence of our nation and future generations of Americans. Appeasement and self-delusion have cost our nation hundreds of thousands of young lives in wars we hoped to avoid, especially in the last century in the lead up to WWII,” Levin ranted on X.
