Laura Ingraham dropped one truth bomb about Donald Trump that left Democrats scrambling for cover

The media and Democrats have been predicting Donald Trump’s political downfall for years.

But they keep getting proven wrong time and time again.

And Laura Ingraham dropped one truth bomb about Donald Trump that left Democrats scrambling for cover.

House Republicans deliver a massive victory for Trump’s agenda

In the early hours of the morning, House Republicans shocked the political establishment by passing what’s being called “The Big, Beautiful Bill.”

The legislation delivers on most key elements of President Trump’s America First agenda.

Speaker Mike Johnson celebrated the historic victory despite months of media predictions that Republicans couldn’t get it done.

“The media and the Democrats have consistently dismissed any possibility the House Republicans could get this done. They — they did not believe that we could succeed in our mission to enact President Trump’s America First agenda. But this is a big one,” Johnson stated.

The massive bill includes permanently extending Trump’s 2017 tax cuts, Medicaid work requirements, cuts to green energy spending, no tax on tips or overtime pay, and higher tax deductions for seniors.

It also provides new funding for border security, defense spending, money for ICE, and construction of what’s being called the Golden Dome.

Democrats and their media allies had been insisting for months that Republicans would never be able to pass such sweeping legislation.

Laura Ingraham reveals the truth about Trump’s political skills

Fox News host Laura Ingraham used her show The Ingraham Angle to deliver a brutal assessment of why the media keeps getting Trump wrong.

“The truth is, Trump’s just better than about anyone else out there at politics,” Ingraham declared during her monologue.

She pointed out how political analysts and journalists were “asleep at the wheel” because their partisan views were blinding them to reality.

Ingraham played clips of various media figures predicting that Speaker Johnson wouldn’t be able to get the votes needed and that Republicans would have to rely on Democrats to pass the bill.

“Peter Baker was right. Hakeem Johnson wasn’t going to help, but all the other ones wrong, wrong,” Ingraham stated. “They didn’t need Democrats.”

Nearly every Republican voted for the legislation, with only two voting against it – Thom Massie and Warren Davidson.

Trump’s political mastery on full display

Ingraham emphasized that Trump’s political skills are unmatched in modern American politics.

“Look, the last 48 hours shows us once again that Donald Trump knows more about politics than anyone else, at least in the past 50 years, no one, and I mean, no one can touch him,” she explained.

Trump made a personal trip to Capitol Hill to ensure Republicans fell in line behind the legislation.

The President used old-style politicking to bargain with blue state Republicans on taxes and quell a rebellion from conservatives over spending concerns.

Ingraham noted that Speaker Johnson was smart enough to partner effectively with Trump to get the job done.

“Trump bargained with blue state Republicans on taxes and quelled a rebellion from conservatives over spending,” she said.

Democrats resort to desperate attacks on Elon Musk

With their predictions of Republican failure proven wrong once again, Democrats scrambled to find something to criticize.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries could only resort to attacking Elon Musk during the late-night debate.

“Waste, fraud and abuse has been presented in a compelling way,” Jeffries said. “At the same time when Elon Musk and his federal contracts are worth $8 million a day, if you’re trying to find waste, fraud and abuse, I have a suggestion. Start right there.”

Ingraham dismissed Jeffries as “an unserious man and an unserious party.”

She pointed out that Democrats have zero intention of ever cutting spending except maybe on border enforcement.

Media’s double standard exposed

Ingraham also called out the media’s blatant double standard in how they cover Republican versus Democrat leadership.

She played clips of media figures gushing over Nancy Pelosi’s effectiveness as Speaker when she was advancing the left-wing agenda.

“Objectively speaking, I say, oh my gosh, Nancy Pelosi is a boss,” CNN’s Don Lemon had said about Pelosi.

But those same media figures refuse to give Speaker Johnson any credit for successfully passing Trump’s agenda.

The contrast exposed how the mainstream media’s coverage is driven by partisan politics rather than objective analysis.

While there are legitimate concerns about deficit spending from the legislation, Ingraham called it “a historic MAGA victory” that proves Trump and Johnson know how to govern.

The bill now moves to the Senate, where it faces an uncertain future.

But Trump has once again proven that reports of his political demise have been greatly exaggerated.
