Deadly flash flooding slammed portions of Tennessee and Kentucky over the weekend.
Emergency teams conducted over 1,000 rescues in flooded areas of Kentucky.
Kentucky’s Democrat Governor stunned MSNBC into silence with this revelation about Kristi Noem.
A deluge that exceeded a month’s worth of rain fall in under 24 hours over the weekend in Kentucky triggered lethal floods.
The death toll reached 14 on Tuesday, with 12 of the deaths taking place in Kentucky.
“The storm, which hammered several states with severe weather and heavy rainfall over the weekend, has claimed at least 14 lives—one person died when a tree fell on a home in Atlanta, another in West Virginia, and 12 in Kentucky including a mother and a 7-year-old child who were in a car stuck in high water,” AccuWeather reported. “Stream and river levels will keep rising over the next few days in some areas, potentially causing new flooding.”
Democrat Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency over the floods.
And despite being a Democrat, Beshear admitted that Trump’s FEMA operates like a well-oiled machine.
During an interview with CBS, Beshear praised Trump for his “full cooperation.”
“[L]et me give credit to the Trump administration,” he said. “We are getting full cooperation right now, and our declaration got turned around by the President in near record time.”
But Beshear was not done singing Trump’s praises.
During a later interview with CNN, Beshear also brought up his amazement with the Trump team’s speed.
“Secretary Noem and President Trump turned around the disaster declaration in near record time,” he said. “The President, the Secretary, and FEMA are doing a great job here with us right now.”
In an interview with MSNBC, Beshear continued to praise Trump and Noem.
“I do want to thank Secretary Noem and the President, who have responded to all of our requests — turned around the declaration of emergency about as quickly as I’ve ever seen,” he said. “FEMA is with us here in the EOC, and they brought in resources, extra search and rescue teams, so really grateful for how they are operating with us.”

Donald Trump is cleaning house in the federal government and bringing back efficiency.
Trump purged more than 200 employees from FEMA as part of his streamlining of the federal bureaucracy.
“Under President Trump’s leadership, we are making sweeping cuts and reform across the federal government to eliminate egregious waste and incompetence that has been happening for decades at the expense of the American taxpayer,” a DHS spokesperson told ABC News.
FEMA has been under fire for its poor management during the Biden years.
Even though FEMA officials said they had no money for the hurricane relief efforts in North Carolina, they found millions of dollars for illegal aliens.
But Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recently “clawed back” a $59 million payment FEMA sent to New York City for illegal aliens.
“I have clawed back the full payment that FEMA Deep State activists unilaterally gave to NYC migrant hotels,” Noem announced on Wednesday.
FEMA officials under Biden also got caught discriminating against Trump supporters.
But Donald Trump has already cleaned up the agency in his first few weeks in office.
