Hollywood celebrities just can't help themselves when it comes to attacking Donald Trump.
They think Americans care what they have to say about politics.
And Ken Jennings made one endorsement that has Jeopardy! fans canceling their DVRs.
Jeopardy! host pledges vote to candidate who will prosecute Trump
Jeopardy! host Ken Jennings made his 2028 Presidential endorsement.
And it wasn't subtle.
Jennings posted on the left-wing social media platform Bluesky that he'd support any candidate who promised to prosecute President Trump and his administration.
"The 'prosecute the former regime at every level' candidate has my vote in 2028," Jennings wrote Wednesday.
The game show host made his declaration hours after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis during an enforcement operation.
Good was blocking the road in her Honda Pilot when ICE agents approached her vehicle and she attempted to drive away.
Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said the ICE officer fired "fearing for his life" in what McLaughlin called "an act of domestic terrorism."
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey disputed that account after watching video of the incident, telling ICE to "get the f*** out of Minneapolis."
Jennings reposted content about the shooting and wrote that he didn't want people "shot at their kitchen tables."
The 51-year-old Jeopardy! host also mocked Trump's Venezuela policy the day before, comparing regime change efforts to failed New Year's resolutions.
"America is always like 'ok but the NEXT regime change will work,' like when I 'cut out carbs' briefly every January," Jennings posted Tuesday.
Sony Pictures Television, which produces Jeopardy!, had no comment on Jennings's latest political posts.
Jennings has a long history of left-wing attacks on Trump
This isn't the first time Jennings used his platform to attack conservatives.
The longtime Jeopardy! champion became co-host in 2021 and sole host in 2023 after Alex Trebek's death.
His political commentary has repeatedly generated controversy.
In 2017, Jennings mocked President Trump's 11-year-old son Barron after the boy reportedly believed comedian Kathy Griffin's photo holding a prop of Trump's severed head was real.
"Barron Trump saw a very long necktie on a heap of expired deli meat in a dumpster. He thought it was his dad & his little heart is breaking," Jennings wrote in a since-deleted post.
Donald Trump Jr. called out Jennings for attacking a child, writing "It takes a real man to pick on an 11 year old."
Jennings initially defended the post, claiming "The joke doesn't mock Barron. It mocks using him for political cover."
In 2018, Jennings attacked what he called an "awful MAGA grandma" who posted about her late disabled son's love of the 1980s TV character Alf.
During the 2020 Democrat primary, Jennings endorsed Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.
"Remember, defending champion Ken Jennings wants you to vote for Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren," Jennings posted in January 2020.
When he was being considered to replace Trebek, Jennings issued a broad apology for his "insensitive" tweets in December 2020.
"I just wanted to own up to the fact that over the years on Twitter, I've definitely tweeted some unartful and insensitive things," Jennings wrote.
"Sometimes I said dumb things in a dumb way and I want to apologize to people who were (rightfully!) offended. It wasn't my intention to hurt anyone, but that doesn't matter: I screwed up, and I'm truly sorry," Jennings added.
That apology clearly didn't stick.
Jennings is back to his old habits of using his platform to attack Trump and conservatives.
The Jeopardy! host apparently learned nothing from the backlash he received before.
Jennings thinks calling for prosecution of Trump and his administration will play well with his Hollywood friends.
But Americans who actually watch Jeopardy! have a different view of political celebrities inserting themselves into debates.
A YouGov survey found that only 7% of Americans say a celebrity endorsement influences their vote.
More than half of Americans say they've formed a negative opinion of a celebrity because of that person's political views.
Jennings calling for prosecuting Trump and his entire administration shows how unhinged the Left has become.
They can't accept that Trump won a landslide victory and has a mandate to implement his America First agenda.
What's their plan for 2028? Find some prosecutor willing to invent charges and throw Trump in jail. That's where this is headed.
These are the same people who spent four years screaming Trump was the "threat to democracy." Now they're openly plotting to use prosecutors as weapons. You can't make this up.
Jennings just exposed the Left's real agenda – criminalizing their political opponents.
