Karoline Leavitt vows that illegal alien gang member Kilmar Abrego-Garcia will never live in America again
The entire Democrat media complex is obsessing over the fate of MS-13 gang member and illegal alien Kilmar Abrego-Garcia.
Trump deported Garcia back to his native country of El Salvador and a Democrat judge created a constitutional conflict by asserting herself superior to the President and ordering Trump to return Garcia to the United States.
Democrats and the media are deeming this gang banger a “Maryland father of 3” and Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) raced to El Salvador to stage a public spectacle of trying to win the release of an MS-13 gang member back to the United States.
Karoline Leavitt shredded the conduct of Van Hollen and the media in the Garcia case.
“Maryland’s Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen rushed to Dulles Airport this morning to fly to El Salvador, potentially using taxpayer dollars to demand the release of deported, illegal, alien MS-13 terrorists. The Democrats and the media in this room have continually and wrongly labeled Kilmar Abrego-Garcia as a Maryland father,” Leavitt stated.
Leavitt restated who Garcia really is because she wanted the American people to understand that the real issue here is Democrats and the media don’t want anyone deported.
“There is no Maryland father. Let me reiterate. Kilmar Abrego-Garcia is an illegal alien, MS-13 gang member, and foreign terrorist who was deported back to his home country,” Leavitt added.
Leavitt explained to Americans that Garcia already got his due process with two immigration judges ruling he was a member of MS-13 and handing down a deportation order.
Garcia’s wife also filed two orders of protection against him after Garcia allegedly beat her.
“The court ordered that the respondent committed the acts of abuse. Once in May of 2021, assault in any degree. And on May 4th of 2021, he punched and scratched his wife, ripped off her shirt, and grabbed and bruised her,” Leavitt continued.
Garcia got his due process in two immigration proceedings
Democrats and the media want to confuse the issue by claiming he was never charged or convicted with being a member of MS-13 – being a gang member isn’t a crime in and of itself – and he hasn’t gotten due process because he didn’t receive a jury trial and lengthy appeals process like in criminal cases because they don’t want to see any illegal aliens actually deported.
Leavitt made this point clear as well as who Garcia really is.
“This is from a court in Maryland. So not only are Democrats rushing to defend an illegal criminal foreign terrorist gang member, but also an apparent woman beater. To set all of that aside, the basic fact that he was illegally inside our country and had a lawful deportation order made him subject to removal back to his home country of El Salvador,” Leavitt stated.
Leavitt vowed that there is no scenario where Garcia ever lives in the United States again because if he ever showed up at a point of entry again he would immediately get placed on a plane and deported on the spot.
“And if he ever ends up back in the United States, he would immediately be deported again. Nothing will change the fact that Abrego-Garcia will never be a Maryland father. He will never live in the United States of America again,” Leavitt concluded.
