Democrats have gone from woke to broke
The Democrat Party is in disarray.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is facing a revolt from every faction of the party after he averted a government shutdown by voting for a Republican funding bill.
The Democrat base is disillusioned and unhappy with the party’s leadership for not doing enough to fight President Donald Trump.
Obnoxious loudmouth Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) are becoming the faces of the party.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said that Democrats are becoming increasingly unpopular while Trump’s popularity is growing during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s Hannity.
“The Democrat Party has gone woke, and now they have gone broke,” Leavitt said. “They have their lowest approval ratings ever, and they are rallying around two of the most far-left leaders in their party, AOC and Jasmine Crockett.”
A CNN/SSRS poll found that Democrats have a record-low favorability rating of 29%.
“So that tells you the current state of the Democrat Party,” Leavitt continued. “Meanwhile, President Trump is enjoying some of his highest favorability ratings ever. He is more popular with the American public than he has ever been.”
Trump is more popular than his first term and the percentage of Americans who think the country is on the right track is at its highest level in decades in multiple polls.
Democrats are losing the plot
Leavitt noted that Trump’s popularity is high despite having everything but the kitchen sink thrown at him by Democrats and their media allies.
“It’s truly remarkable when you think about all of the lies, hoaxes, and smears he has suffered at the behest of the lying fake news media,” Leavitt said.
She pointed out that Democrats are losing support with demographics that used to be part of their base.
“Young men, young women, and people of all ages in this country love and adore this president because they see a true leader in him,” Leavitt explained. “And if you look deeper at those Democrat Party numbers, all demographics are turning against them, especially the base that they have long relied on.”
Blue Rose Research, a Democrat data firm, did a post-election study of more than 20 million voters and found that former Vice President Kamala Harris lost every demographic under the age of 26 besides minority women.
“Young women are no longer looking to the Democrat Party,” Leavitt stated. “You look at Hispanic Americans, even legal immigrants who came to this country the right way because they are disgusted by the open border policies of the past four years.”
The same Blue Rose study found that Trump very likely won legal immigrants.
Crockett and Ocasio-Cortez being the faces of the party might delight the Democrat base, but they’re toxic with the rest of the country.
Democrats have serious problems as they try to figure out their path forward.
