And Josh Hawley sounded the alarm on one terrible scheme by the Deep State.
ICE agents endangered by leakers
Border Czar Tom Homan has run into an unexpected obstacle in arresting illegal aliens.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have had several planned raids canceled because of leaks.
The ultra-violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua was tipped off that a major raid with ICE and federal law enforcement would be going down in Aurora, Colorado.
ICE agents expected to arrest more than 100 gang members, but only ended up with one.
Planned raids in Los Angeles and Chicago were also canceled because of leaks.
ICE was planning on arresting these illegal aliens and deporting them.
U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) said that these leaks were confirmation that the Deep State exists during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s The Ingraham Angle.
“Senator Hawley, we’ve been talking a lot about federal workers and how traumatized they are for receiving an email with questions about what they did during their day, and their children are apparently traumatized, according to Hakeem Jeffries,” guest host Kayleigh McEnany said.
Democrats melted down over SpaceX CEO Elon Musk sending an email asking federal employees to list five things they did at work last week.
McEnany noted that Democrats never speak up for ICE agents.
“I would argue there’s no more traumatized federal worker than the immigration enforcement officer,” McEnany stated. “First, it was abolish ICE, then its Border Patrol’s whipping people. Joe Biden misled the country about that, and now doxing their phone numbers up. How do their kids feel?”
Anti-ICE activists in Southern California put up flyers with the pictures, names, and contact information for ICE and Homeland Security Investigations agents.
ICE Leaks are proof of the existence of the Deep State
“Yes, it’s absolutely outrageous, Kayleigh,” Hawley said. “And listen, it’s not just anti-ICE activists outside the federal government.”
“What worries me is we have seen leaks from within the government trying to impede ICE, trying to impede these raids,” Hawley continued. “We’ve seen leaks about operations in Chicago, in Los Angeles, in other parts of the country. We’ve seen them come from within the FBI, according to the DHS Secretary, we’ve seen them come from within ICE, within DHS apparently. This has got to stop.”
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced that the leakers had been identified.
“And I will just say this, Kayleigh, the Deep State is real,” Hawley added. “You can see it with this doxing that’s going on. This is the deep state at work, and we have got to figure out who is illegally leaking this information, and they need to be fired. And if possible, they need to be prosecuted.”
Rogue actors in the federal government are determined to see Trump’s plan for the mass deportation of illegal aliens fail.
The Trump administration will have to drop the hammer on leakers to keep from being sabotaged.
