Joe Biden says he should have stayed in the race
The media is starting to publish their autopsies of Joe Biden’s failed Presidency.
Biden bowed to Nancy Pelosi’s pressure campaign and ended his re-election bid on July 21.
Pelosi – with the help of Barack Obama – forced Biden out of the race following his horrific performance in the June 27 debate against Donald Trump.
Biden looked every bit of his 81 years of age, and for the first time the American people got an unvarnished look at the true nature of Biden’s senility.
After Biden quit the race, he endorsed Kamala Harris in short order.
Kamala then went on to lose in a landslide to Donald Trump.
Trump’s sweeping victory fed Joe Biden’s ego and his delusions.
A Washington Post article on the end of Biden’s time in office revealed Biden and his handlers now regret the decision to throw in the towel on his re-election bid.
Biden and his cronies actually think Biden would have defeated Donald Trump.
“Biden and some of his aides still believe he should have stayed in the race, despite the rocky debate performance and low poll numbers that prompted Democrats to pressure him to drop out,” the Washington Post reported.
There is no evidence that is the case.
In fact, the internal campaign polling data revealed that had Biden stayed in the race he would have lost in the biggest landslide since Ronald Reagan rolled up a 49-state victory over Walter Mondale in 1984.
Former Barack Obama speechwriter and current Pod Save America co-host Jon Favreau pulled back the curtain and revealed just how dire the situation was for the Democrat Party when Biden exited the race.
“Then we find out when the Biden campaign becomes the Harris campaign, that the Biden campaign’s own internal polling at the time when they were telling us he was the strongest candidate, showed that Donald Trump was going to win 400 electoral votes,” Favreau stated.
In addition to second guessing the decision to drop out of the race, Biden also all but admitted the criminal cases against Donald Trump were political exercises that he ordered.
Biden’s main complaint with Attorney General Merrick Garland was that he didn’t move quick enough in arresting Donald Trump.
“In private, Biden has also said he should have picked someone other than Merrick Garland as attorney general, complaining about the Justice Department’s slowness under Garland in prosecuting Trump, and its aggressiveness in prosecuting Biden’s son Hunter, according to multiple people familiar with his comments,” the Post also reported.
Americans reading this account of Biden’s private thoughts could only be left shaking their heads at the idea that the feeble-minded Biden actually thought he could have won the Presidential race.
And they were left angry at the confession by Biden that he weaponized the justice system to persecute Donald Trump for his political benefit.
