Joe Biden is still paying the price for his corrupt pardon of his son Hunter Biden.
Americans can’t wait for this debacle of a Presidency to end.
And Joe Biden pardoning Hunter just came back to bite him in the worst way ever.
Tragedy in Wisconsin leads to new calls to disarm the American people
Americans mourned a tragedy in Wisconsin after a female student, identified as Natalie “Samantha” Rupnow, engaged in an act of madness at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison.
“Three people died in the shooting, including Rupnow, who died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound while being transported to a local hospital. A teacher and a teenage student were pronounced dead at the scene,” Wisconsin ABC affiliate WISN reported.
“Six other students and a teacher were injured in the shooting, which occurred during a mixed-grade study hall,” the report continued.
“Two students remain in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. A teacher and three students were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, with two already discharged from the hospital,” WISN added.
Gun grabbers seem to love these horrific events because it’s the only time they can go on offense in the debate over the Second Amendment.
Anti-gun Democrats know they can take advantage of the feelings of sorrow at how something so horrible could take place. It’s as emotions roil the public at these times of great tragedy that gun grabbers are sure to strike, knowing it could be an opportunity to try and emotionally blackmail Republicans into caving in on gun control.
This tragedy was no different.
Although Americans have seen very little of Joe Biden since he dropped out of the 2024 race, Biden jumped right out of the gate in the wake of the tragedy to issue a statement calling on Congress to disarm the American people.
“We need Congress to act. Now,” Biden wrote.
Biden then tried to shame Americans who support the Second Amendment by falsely claiming they are indifferent to the safety of children in schools.
“From Newtown to Uvalde, Parkland to Madison, to so many other shootings that don’t receive attention – it is unacceptable that we are unable to protect our children from this scourge of gun violence,” Biden added.
Biden and his allies were the ones who wrecked an entire generation of children’s educational advancement by supporting endless school closures during the coronavirus pandemic.
Yet Biden had the gall to claim conservatives who support the right to keep and bear arms are the ones who want to keep kids from learning.
“We cannot continue to accept it as normal. Every child deserves to feel safe in their classroom. Students across our country should be learning how to read and write – not having to learn how to duck and cover,” Biden continued.
Biden then demanded Congress pass a suite of laws to ban and confiscate law-abiding American citizens’ firearms.
“Congress must pass commonsense gun safety laws: Universal background checks. A national red flag law. A ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines,” Biden stated.
The student who carried out this act of terror was a juvenile on school property.
The government banned guns on school grounds 30 years ago.
Current law prevents anyone under the age of 18 from purchasing a handgun.
None of Biden’s proposed gun control bills would have prevented this tragedy.
And that’s because the point of gun control laws isn’t to prevent future horrific acts.
The goal is to seize on the moment and take the American people’s firearms away.
