Jesse Watters demanded the Secret Service come clean about this disturbing fact

Sep 20, 2024

Count Jesse Watters among the millions outraged about the continued assassination attempts on Donald Trump’s life.

Watters noticed there was a disturbing pattern of events.

And now Jesse Watters demanded the Secret Service come clean about this disturbing fact.

Jesse Watters wants to know why the Secret Service can protect everyone but Trump

The second assassination attempt on Donald Trump’s life raised some serious questions about the protection afforded to Donald Trump.

Jesse Watters wanted to know if the Kamala Harris-Joe Biden administration skimped on security for Trump.

Watters pointed out that Joe Biden could sleep for hours on the beach and was perfectly safe.

“Is the Secret Service penny pinching to protect Trump’s life? They seem to be able to protect Biden fine when he’s passed out on a public beach for four hours. Kamala Harris is riding around in rural Georgia in a bus painted ‘Kamala for President.’ She’s protected,” Watters began.

Watters said that during and after his Presidency, Barack Obama didn’t face any threats on his life.

“[The] Secret Service protected Barack Obama for eight years, and then eight years after, he golfed almost every weekend, no one took a shot at Barack at his rallies, either. He was swimming in the Pacific. [The] Secret Service had no problems,” Watters continued.

Bill Clinton could even jog through Washington, D.C., during a time when it was known as the murder capital of the world.

“Bush was riding his bike all over Texas. No attempts on his life. Bill Clinton jogged through Washington, the murder capital of the world, nothing ever happened,” Watters concluded.

And what Watters wanted to know is why the Secret Service could protect every President except Donald Trump.

Republicans demand stepped-up security

The Secret Service doesn’t designate Donald Trump as one of its protectees, so he doesn’t get the same security as a sitting President.

If the Secret Service treated Trump like a sitting President, the assassin never would have been able to get close to the fence at Trump International and point a rifle towards the course.

Republican Senators Tommy Tuberville of Mississippi and Roger Marshall of Kansas put out a statement demanding that the Secret Service treat Trump like a sitting President before something awful happens.

“After two assassination attempts in 65 days, it is clear that the current level of Secret Service protection around President Trump is completely insufficient,” Marshall and Tuberville’s letter began.

“It is imperative that the USSS detail assigned to President Trump be afforded additional protective resources, including greater staffing capabilities that would allow agents to secure a broader perimeter,” they continued.

“The status quo is completely unacceptable. Former U.S. presidents, and especially those who are running for reelection, should have the best security in the world. We are less than two months from the election. I am calling on President Biden and Vice President Harris to give President Trump the same Presidential protection they have today. Their silence is deafening. We don’t want more tweets, we want action,” Marshall and Tuberville concluded.

But will the Kamala Harris administration finally take the threats against Donald Trump seriously?
