Elon Musk has become the target of the Democrats’ rage against the Trump administration.
They are trying to turn him into public enemy number one.
And Jesse Watters asked one question about Elon Musk that caught Democrats by surprise.
Democrats panic over Elon Musk spotlighting the government’s wasteful spending
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk wants to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government with his team at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
Democrats and their media allies were skeptical that DOGE was going to accomplish anything.
But Musk and his team unearthed billions of dollars in wasteful spending at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The independent agency was shut down by President Donald Trump after DOGE exposed that taxpayer money was being used to fund left-wing media outlets like Politico and the New York Times, create transgender comic books in South America, and teach Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Serbian workplaces.
DOGE is now moving on to audit other federal agencies including the Department of Education and the IRS.
That’s why Democrats have ramped up their attacks on Musk and DOGE.
Musk is being attacked as an unelected official who’s gutting the federal government.
He’s being painted as a James Bond-style supervillain by Democrats and the media.
Fox News host Jesse Watters pointed out that Democrats used to fawn over unelected government bureaucrats.
“No one voted for Musk, so what?” Watters asked. “No one voted for Fauci either. You voted for the President and he appoints people. And why are we even having this conversation? Trump ran on reform and won on it with Musk at his side and Musk is doing everything under a national spotlight.”
Trump is carrying out his campaign promise, and all Democrats can do is try to fearmonger over it.
“He is not hiding in the shadows like Soros financing open borders and crime waves,” Watters said. “These people are never going to learn.”
Elon Musk is putting an end to corruption
Watters highlighted a report in the New York Post that found that Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services spent $22 billion during his Presidency helping illegal aliens buy cars and homes, and start businesses.
“Now, Jose has a Cadillac, a bungalow, a side hustle, and a credit score of 740. Did we buy cars and homes for folks in North Carolina after Helene?” Watters wondered.
The Fox News host said that Democrats are furious that Musk blew up their scheme.
“This is not just about money, it is about people behind the scenes abusing power they don’t have to finance sick and twisted fantasies like migrant shopping sprees and sex changes and reverse racism and injecting narcotics into animals,” Watters stated. “DOGE is a blessing from the heavens above.”
He noted that DOGE shook the Washington, D.C. Swamp to its core in less than a month.
“The Democrats got caught cold in the middle of a bank heist. DOGE walked into the vault, Democrats were stuffing wads of cash in their bags and they are mad that Musk is telling them to put the bags down,” Watters said. “The bank robbers are not the victims here, the American taxpayers are.”
Elon Musk and Donald Trump have started draining the Swamp and Democrats are furious.
