James Comer just exposed one ugly truth about Joe Biden that has Washington in chaos

The Biden presidency continues to unravel after he left office.

New revelations keep emerging about what really happened inside the White House.

And James Comer just exposed one ugly truth about Joe Biden that has Washington in chaos.

Congressional investigation declares Biden actions invalid

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer dropped a bombshell that could upend Joe Biden's entire presidential legacy.

After a monthslong investigation featuring 14 depositions and nearly 60 hours of witness testimony, Comer's committee released a damning 100-page report with a stunning conclusion.

The report declared that many of Biden's executive actions signed by autopen are "null and void" because his inner circle covered up his severe cognitive decline.¹

"The Biden Autopen Presidency will go down as one of the biggest political scandals in U.S. history," Comer stated.²

The Kentucky Republican painted a picture of a White House operation where unelected staffers wielded presidential authority while Biden deteriorated behind closed doors.

Biden's staff secretary Neera Tanden admitted under oath she only saw the president once every six to eight weeks despite being responsible for managing decision materials sent to the Oval Office.³

Even more alarming, Tanden confessed she didn't know who in Biden's inner circle was actually approving actions signed by the autopen.⁴

The documentation disaster that blows up Biden's defense

The investigation turned up something that should terrify anyone who cares about constitutional government.

Biden's chiefs of staff told the committee there was no uniform procedure for presidential approval.

Former chief of staff Jeff Zients admitted the process was "not a precise system" and said verbal authorizations without any written record happened regularly.⁵

Ron Klain, another Biden chief of staff, testified that while there was supposed to be an established process for the president to sign decision materials, "the process was not always followed."⁶

The National Archives delivered the knockout punch to Biden's defense.

Despite retroactive emails claiming Biden attended four key clemency meetings between December 2024 and January 2025, the Archives possessed zero contemporaneous staff notes from any attendees that could confirm Biden was present or gave verbal approval.⁷

The committee discovered that 32 of 51 pardons and commutations issued in Biden's final days were signed by autopen with no written proof of his consent.⁸

Three senior Biden aides including his personal physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor invoked their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination when questioned by Comer's committee about the cover-up.⁹

Comer demands DOJ action as AG Bondi signals investigation

Comer sent a formal letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi calling for a comprehensive review of all Biden executive actions to determine if they were "duly authorized by the President of the United States."¹⁰

The Oversight Committee chairman also requested DOJ scrutinize the three Biden aides who took the Fifth, arguing their actions may constitute criminal activity under federal law.

Bondi responded quickly on social media, announcing her team was already "reviewing the Biden administration's reported use of autopen for pardons."¹¹

"I look forward to working alongside the Oversight Committee to deliver accountability for the American people," Bondi wrote.¹²

The stakes couldn't be higher.

Biden issued clemency to more than 4,200 people during his presidency, more than any other president in history.¹³

Many of those pardons went to violent federal prisoners, nearly every federal death row inmate, and members of Biden's own family who he feared would face prosecution under Trump.

Comer's investigation revealed a pattern of political interference in medical decisions, with senior officials like Jeff Zients and Anita Dunn explicitly rejecting calls for cognitive testing to protect Biden's reelection prospects.¹⁴

The Oversight Committee has documentation showing Biden's team hid his decline, blocked unscripted interactions, and maintained an appearance of executive competency through what Republicans call an elaborate deception.

This isn't some partisan witch hunt Democrats can easily dismiss.

Comer built his case methodically over months using bank records, witness testimony, and the Biden administration's own documentation failures.

The Kentucky Republican has a track record of forcing transparency, having previously compelled the FBI to allow Oversight Committee members to review Biden family bribery allegations and uncovered over $24 million in foreign payments to Biden family members and their shell companies.¹⁵

Democrats on the committee offered only weak defenses, with ranking member Robert Garcia claiming testimonies proved Biden "authorized every executive order, pardon, and use of the autopen" despite the mountain of evidence showing shoddy documentation.¹⁶

Legal experts note there's no constitutional mechanism to reverse pardons once granted.

But if Bondi's DOJ investigation determines Biden lacked the cognitive capacity to make these decisions or that aides acted without his authorization, it could trigger unprecedented legal battles over the validity of an entire presidency's actions.

The Biden autopen scandal exposes how far Democrats were willing to go to maintain power while hiding their president's incapacity from the American people.
