According to Department of Homeland Security reports, in 1994 Phan and his gang associates were asked to leave a high school graduation party following a dispute.

These cold-blooded killers opened fire on 30 partygoers at what should have been a celebration of young people’s achievements.

Two teenagers paid the ultimate price for this monster’s violence

The senseless shooting left two promising young lives cut short.

Dennis Buan, 18, of South Pasadena and David Hang, 15, of San Marino, California were killed in the hail of gunfire.

Seven other innocent people were wounded in the attack.

These weren’t gang members or criminals – they were teenagers celebrating graduation, their whole lives ahead of them.

The brutality of this crime shocked the local community and launched a massive manhunt.

More than 120 sheriff’s deputies and police officers worked around the clock to bring these killers to justice.
